came across like she was reading from a script and didnāt really understand my case.
I was told I would receive a follow-up email to proceed ā that never arrived. No email, no call back. I then phoned again and spoke to the department headās assistant, who said he would call me back. He never did.
The lack of communication and basic follow-up is shocking. Iāve wasted time chasing them instead of getting any actual help. I also have friends currently mid-way through cases with this firm who are now planning to leave because of similar issues.
Slow, disorganised, and unprofessional. I wouldnāt recommend based on my experience.
Lewis hastie handled a claim for me and my sister under the inheritance act.
It was quite a long and complex case but we received a satisfactory conclusion and the work carried out on our behalf was professional and very helpful keeping us up to date all along.

My elderly mum lives in a nursing home, and wanted to arrange a will. BRM were happy to visit the home, and that was very much appreciated. If you want to have a lengthy, expensive and stressful experience with a solicitor definitely choose these guys! Hands down has to be the worst solicitors. No communication, too busy for their own good and do not make an effort with their clients!

The help and advice I received from BRM has been amazing, professional, competent knowledgeable there arenāt enough words to describe this company, especially the amazing Joshua, he has helped keep me calm through quite a stressful time, heās never got impatient with me through my many questions, he has explained everything to me in great detail,

Used BRM solicitors for buying my first home, the best one around chesterfield Iām sure by far! They kept me more then updated throughout the whole process, any questions I asked they got back to me as quick as they could( Iām quite an impatient person so it was music to my ears)!!
