Poor communication. Absolute waste of my time.
I was given appointment 11am , and the technician should arrive between 11-11:30am on Tuesday as per appointment confirmation email. I took my morning off-work just to wait and meet the technician to get my garage door fixed. I waited till 12:15pm, nobody called or turned-up. I can understand that 1+/- hour time for the appointment window. Then I made contact with admin office , and was informed that the technician couldn't make it for that day , he was so busy. If they would have informed me if it was unlikely to keep the appointment for the day, I could have saved my time early for my work. I wouldn't take the risk again.
I booked a technician from Brisbane Roller Doors to check the garage door opener, which was not working. The business is located 2.1 km away from where I live. A technician came to my home and pressed the buttons several times (less than 2 mins) and told me it was dead and need to replace with a new garage door opener, which cost $690. I didn't let him change it. He spent less than 10 mins in total in my home, never opened any gear, and I was charged $150. I worked hard the whole day and can make $150 only. I need to pay $150 for less than 10 min, for doing nothing and not solving any problems. What a fair trade! This is an honest review and let other people judge. I will further report this incident to ACCC to see if they are doing the right thing.
Called Thursday and available Monday. Great to have communication and confirmation through text prior to visit. Turned up on time and was super friendly and professional. Knew the problem straight away and was able to replace on the spot. Old roller door, now like new. Highly recommend.
Hard to rate the service as its non existent. No replies to voice messages , text messages and emails. Maybe they are sooo busy they don't need new business.

I could screen shots of non answered texts and email if you like ? as I said waste of time. I'm just doing my civic duty and helping prospective customer. It's why Google reviews was invented, Get serious about your customer service and you won't receive negative views. Simple.
We highly recommend this company as they have extremely well trained staff. We had Darren install a new motor at Bray Park this morning. Darren has great knowledge and is a pleasure to have at your home. Very efficient, knew what he was doing and a great person to get along with.The price was good as well. I notice that there is only a 5 star rating because my son and myself would certainly give Darren and the company a 10 star if we could and but we will certainly recommend your company to other people. Thanks again for a great job.
