Brilliant Earth was a very customer service oriented. They were so helpful when I asked if they could resize my ring. They changed my ring very quickly and didn't charge me for resizing. I appreciate their great customer service. When I received my ring back it fit perfectly. It looked beautiful. It was absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend Brilliant Earth.
Product quality and quality control is terrible. customer service likely worse. I received my product today. It was the product I ordered but the engraving was done terrible. I called customer service and she told me it was exactly as I ordered. I requested to speak with a supervisor because I was told I had to send it back to be repaired. You cannot repair the engraving. It has to be removed and redone. Waiting for this will go past my deadline. Engraving was not done straight nor in-fact had the spaces I had requested in my order.Horrible customer service and bad quality control.
Bought my wife an engagement ring. Within 3 years a stone fell out. I took it to be repaired. Waited 4 weeks. They gave it back to me with the stone still missing. I was told oh well we will send it back. Ive spent thousands on jewelry with this company and I am not pleased how they have handled this. **************** was cold and not apologetic. Brilliant Earths **************** team is, dare I say, better than ANY ************ Ive never been on hold or waited for a click to chat for more than 3 minutes. 3?? Brilliant Earths packaging is BEAUTIFUL. It ships in a basic brown box, but opening the box is an experience. From the colors inside the box, to the presentation of the ring and ring box, its all gorgeous.4?? The ring box itself is a beautiful wooden box with white interior. My now fiance treasures the box just as much as she does the ring - it is just THAT pretty. 5?? Brilliant Earth has both natural and lab made diamonds; I purchased a lab made diamond. Yes - there are a TON of options to choose from when selecting the diamond itself, but being able to filter based on whats most important to me was such a wonderful feature. This really created such a personalized experience getting to choose the exact diamond that I wanted for her ring. December 2024 I had my fiances ring resized twice, and recently discovered it had lost a small diamond on the side. I shipped it to Brilliant Earth, and upon their inspection, they called to let me know that after resizing, the ring no longer met their standards; the band was too thin and the prongs were over buffed. Their solution? Completely remake the ring AT NO COST because a simple repair of the prongs for the missing diamond would not meet their standards. I have the most respect for Brilliant Earth. If you're on the fence, just jump and buy the jewelry! From start to finish and even through support, Brilliant Earth is in a league of their own!

Poor customer service. 2 out of 3 items were not shipped with original shipment and missed Christmas time. After multiple correspondence, the second item came 3 weeks later. Still waiting on the third item after more emails. They also refused to price match the $3200 diamond earrings after the item was discounted ~12% a week after it was received. Very disappointing experience. I will not be a repeat customer and will not recommend others to use their services.
Loose diamonds and poor quality bands.
I've been wearing the ring for about a year and a half. I take it off to shower, to sleep, I don't play sports, I have t been exercised or swam in pools. I work from home.
There is no reason my ring should be in this horrendous condition. I've lost two stones and am now terrified I will loose the main stone. My husband passed away and he would be mortified to know the ring is in such disarray after the investment he made. I reached out to them a few months ago and they said take it to a local jeweler. Of course the factory warranty expired just before the first diamond fell out.
After reading other reviews, it seems this is their trend! DO NOT BUY ! They offer zero help to fix the poor quality of their product. I will be opening an investigation so if anyone else has done the same, please reach out. I don't feel as if the product we purchased is actually the product that I am wearing.

I got my engagement ring through Brilliant Earth and had some issues with a stone/prong twice. I have had to get it repaired both times but the process was seamless. The technicians worked quickly, customer service communicated with me kindly and quickly, and the process was easy. They have repaired it for me twice at no cost to me, and have shipped it back to me within a 2-3 week period. Highly recommend!! Very professional!

order a necklace with a promo code for earings under ther guidance because I originally wanted to buy 500$ earings for my wife for Christmas when I received my order there were no earings just a necklace and they told me that they would ship my earings but by the time they process and ship the order it will be well into January missing Christmas entirely... very disappointed I would avoid if possible. but look at the bright side they said the earings will have a "special gift" with them, but I can't see whatever they send making up for the disappointment in my 800$ order
We purchased and selected our engagement and wedding bands for me from Brilliant Earth. The purchasing process was fun for my husband and I as we went shopping together and tried on rings until we found the ring of my dreams. The purchasing and pick up process was such a breeze that we chose to get my wedding gift from here as well. We could not recommend them more for ethically sourced jewelry that is gorgeous.
RJ was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful to me. I had lots of questions and he addressed all my concerns. Ask for RJ and he will take care of you like you are family. I am one happy man because I’m going to blow my wife’s mind when she sees her platinum upgrade after 34 years of marriage.
We placed 2 orders in early December, both of which should have arrived by 12/16, yet we have received nothing. The one order appears to be lost in transit; however, the communication from Brilliant Earth has been lacking. The other order has been pushed back multiple times, typically at the end of the day of the most recently-provided arrival date, and has not shipped (it is still in the "Preparing Your Order" status). Customer service representatives continue to state that it is about to ship or has already shipped, but they are unable to provide a tracking number. We have paid in full for over $4,200 worth of jewelry and have received none of it, which is completely unacceptable, especially given the lack of customer support provided.
