For me, picking out a wedding band is a big and exciting decision! That’s why I trusted brilliant earth throughout the process. Not only did I find their diamonds to be of great quality, I also found their staff to be super helpful, Informative, and kind. This has been true for me both in store and online. I’ve had a lot of help from April C. (Online via the website) Who helped me arrange for newer ring styles to be delivered to my local brilliant earth location so that I could try them on! I didn’t know this was possible until she suggested it. Overall, I have felt really supported and educated through throughout this process, and I look forward to picking out the perfect ring for me!

Vanessa and Jeff were wonderful. We have experience shopping with Brilliant Earth and the staff here are excellent. Hailee has helped us twice now in choosing rings for me and my partner, and we could not be more satisfied. We had an engagement ring appointment with Kristina and she was wonderful. She was warm, friendly, and immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and was incredibly knowledgeable about the different diamond types and settings. I looked at rings here and loved it so I suggested it to my sister when she wanted to look. Where’s my Diamond Certifcate?

Updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars as I finally received the link to the digital diamond certificate on 2/18/26. However, this contradicts Brilliant Earth’s claim that it was emailed to me on 2/12/26, which I never received.
I only got the certificate after multiple follow-ups and posting reviews on Google and Trustpilot. Please don’t make customers feel like they’re mistaken—I have email records and phone logs to support my experience.
For future buyers, my advice: make sure the diamond certificate is provided and accessible right away. This is something customers shouldn’t have to chase down, especially for such an important purchase.

My diamond ring was delivered on 02/13/26. To this day, Brilliant Earth has failed to provide the diamond certificate. I have contacted customer service three separate times and each time I’m told to “allow 24–48 hours.” That excuse is now meaningless.
For a purchase of this value, withholding the certificate is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about LEGITIMACY and transparency.
BUYERS BEWARE!! do not complete your purchase without securing your diamond certificate first. I’ve never experienced anything like this with James Allen.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience coming here. The wait time for the appointment was not long and we had a wonderful person to help us out. Her name was Jasmine and she was very kind and patient in showing me and my friends rings being that this was our first time trying on rings.
called in advance for an appointment to view engagement rings and was told we could do walk in and when we arrived, store was fully booked and was told we can only see the what was in the front on display. no accountability and very poor experience, very cheap and very wholesale experience

Ordered a nice set of diamond studs for my wife for our anniversary. They came nicely packaged in a solid wooden box and they gifted her a little second set as well. She loved them. The clarity was an upgrade that I didn’t expect and they sold them to me for a very reasonable price. Got them here in under 48hrs. Highly recommended!

Getting an appointment here to view different options was the best decision I made in my engagement ring buying journey. The representatives, specifically Kristina, was incredible at answering any questions and providing many different options to view both in store and online. Being able to build your ring online just the way you want it helps you visualize things so much better. Definitely worth the appointment!
