Excellent work! The planning, scheduling, buying, and, ultimately, the execution of the service were really professional and well done. The flexibility in working around my working from home was great. The level of detail around all items stated to be cleaned is spot on. Down to the triangled toilet paper in the bathrooms, it was fantastic. I am not a slob, but even the preflight email made me do the whole clean before the cleaning thing worked out to maximize their deep first clean. I needed help finding a high-quality service provider with a good rep that I could afford. My mom ran a cleaning service business for many years, and while I’m biased because of my mom, this service gets super close; thanks again. #keepmoving #vaccumtracks

Just had my first cleaning yesterday - very happy with the service.

The team from Bright Touch Cleaning came to our new house to do a deep cleaning and we couldn’t be happier. They took their time to make sure everything was cleaned well and showed us their progress and noted what was done. The team was kind and professional and even gave me some tips for cleaning our new hardwood floors. We can’t thank them enough for cleaning the spots we haven’t had a chance to and leaving the house smelling amazing! Thank you!!!

I thought Nora was very sweet. I think she did a good job, but I don't believe it was worth $60 per hour. Nothing to do with her, but I thought I would let u know this. I have friends that cannot believe the amount I paid! I should have shopped around more. I did have to go over some areas that I noticed after she left.

Well, I got mixed feelings with Bright Touch Cleaning. I have utilized them for over a year now. Bright Touch Cleaning do not clean walls nor furniture. A few times when Bright Touch Cleaning came, they left counter tops unfinished with fruit flies still around and another time forgot to clean the floors. And when I requested Bright Touch Cleaning to not clean during a particular month, they did anyway and for whatever reason decided to invoice me 7 months later for a cleaning that I never consented to. Utter ridiculous. And yet, they have no problem charging a whopping $150/month despite the mentioned nuances and gaps in their cleaning. I will say that Elma and Adrianne are nice over the phone at least.

Bright Touch is great, and comes monthly to do routine cleaning at our home. All staff are so polite, and do a wonderful job. We do a deep clean yearly too!

They do a really great job!!! We did a 2 hour deep clean of both of our bathrooms and they were sparkling clean by the time they were done. For the price, this was well worth the money and we couldn’t be happier.

First time with Bright Touch and they exceeded the expectations! Tessa and Nora were both super professional and they did amazing. Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cleaning service!

Bright touch exceeded not only my expectations but those of my wife as well. I can not recommend them highly enough. They were less expensive than the competition but the quality was not lacking. We had a 6 month build up of dust and construction in our house. They crushed it. If you are serious about the job and getting it done right, call bright touch!

Bright Touch Cleaning has been providing exceptional cleaning services to my home for over two years now, and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Everyone who has represented the company has been professional, courteous, and friendly. I always feel confident knowing my home is being cleaned by someone I trust, not only not to "do the wrong thing" but also to go above and beyond and really care for the home and by extension care for my family. In addition to our biweekly cleaning schedule, we've added various deep clean services over the past two years and have always been impressed by the quality of the service we've received. Which is to say, I wasn't surprised to see a beautifully cleaned home after their most recent visit, but rather it was just a day that helped me appreciate the care we receive even more than ever. Maybe you've had a day like that, up against deadlines at work and feeling all the different stresses as a parent as well, feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about how you'll get it all done. And on a day like that, being able to take a moment and see your home in such great condition, for me it was just like a weight lifted off my shoulders and really helped clear my head and focus my efforts. Elma, the owner, really seems to care about her customers; we're not a faceless address that pays for a cleaning, we're a family that she remembers and it really shows with any phone call or correspondence. We love Bright Touch Cleaning! We are on a bi-weekly schedule, and our house is consistently, thoroughly cleaned every time. They make an effort to keep the cleaner consistent, which is great so you can get to know them, and they know the problem areas in your home and can vary deep cleans in specific areas. Bright Touch is dependable and trustworthy. They have been very willing to work with specific instructions for any areas of your home and can use your cleaning products and equipment if you prefer. Bright Touch Cleaning consistently does a great job cleaning our home! Elma has a great crew that works for her and we feel very comfortable when they come to clean. They are also great with our pets too- the pets always come to say hi and great our cleaning lady when she comes.
