🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I’ve been coming to Pearl Family Dental Care since I was 19, and today I brought our two little girls without my husband for their second visit here! The entire team made us feel calm, welcome, and cared for — especially with toddlers in tow. We’ve always felt supported and gentle here. Truly a five-star experience! 🤍✨️ My 2 year-old Mailani can be very "SPIRITED" & I was soooo nervous going without my husband, but the HYGIENIST!!!!! SHE WAS INCREDIBLE!!! I am so sorry I missed her name but she literally knew kids and was phenomenal with handling Mailani!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! As a mother who get anxiety from her spirited child, this truly lifted weight off my shoulders!!! Watching my 8 month old daughter get her first toothbrush and my 2 year ols Mailani cheer me on during my cleaning was such a sweet memory. Thank you!

Exceptional dental practice. Dr. Lim has a great bedside manner, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and provided excellent treatment. The admins, assistants, and hygienists are also wonderful. I highly recommend this practice for military families, and anyone seeking high quality care.

Traveled 200 miles one way to only be told to leave facility because my appt was an hour out still. Hostile reception; rude at multitasking. Ie told me to leave and not return til appt. -whatever! Out a day of travel and funds. Ya’d think themselves a tad bit nicer, but no.

The absolute best dental office I have ever been to! Due to being a Military spouse I have moved often and experienced many different dental teams. I am so sad this office cannot be my dental forever! The team is the absolute sweetest and I have never felt more listened to and cared for! Would hands down recommend this office to everyone!

I have been a patient here for over 12 years. Even during a move to the mainland I would even come back because they are just that good. Hygienist Eileen and Dr. Enoka are the very best. I was forced to see other dentists with relocating and always find myself coming back. Eileen and Dr. Enoka are very friendly and have awesome chair side manner. I exclusively only see them. They make what is sometimes an unpleasant situation a pain free and stress free experience. They are highly experienced and extremely effective at what they do. I have had cleanings, fillings and sealants performed and am always happy with the visit.

We moved and we miss Dr. Chien. Dr. Chien was very attentive and she made sure every issue was taken care of when we go in for the check up. She is also highly professional and not only her treatment plan is excellent, she will help you be at ease while receiving the treatment making dentist experience pleasant. Bonus that she is very good with our toddlers.

This has been the worst dentists office I have ever been to. The dentist doesn't explain himself well and they just don't listen well. Doc told me he was giving me a prescription mouth wash and then changed his mind and wrote a prescription for pills instead without telling me. He then continued to say it was fine and that the pharmacist didn't know what they were talking about and tried to make me go to another location to pick up the exact same wrong prescription. I am furious and now have to wait to go into the office AGAIN, which is usually an hour wait no matter your appointment time. They also do not put you under for surgery and didn't tell me this until s week before the appointment. Dr. Lim is very dismissive of questions and does not communicate with his patients properly. The only reason I didn't do 1 star is the rest of his staff is friendly

Didn’t ask any patient identifiers which in turn led them to discussing separate patient information with me (didn’t realize until the patients name was stated at the end of the discussion) they went to the first African American family they saw and assumed I was that child’s parent and told that family’s business. They took my 4 year old and tried to start X-rays without even asking or notifying me, I had to interject and literally catch up to them because I was filling out paperwork. You don’t just walk up and start talking and grabbing peoples kids, a 4 year old at that. The doctor was upset with our conversation (understandable) and proceeded to lose his composure, slam pens, & talk aggressively which prompted me to have to leave the appointments. I’ve never had an experience like this at this clinic but I’m thinking the holiday weekend has them stressed however it’s still unacceptable.

Who can imagine that this is my newly filled tooth, the filling place is still black, and there is a black hole, several staff told me that my teeth discolored. Don't you know that the caries should be completely removed before filling the tooth? If the caries are not removed, the bacteria will continue to damage the tooth tissue, leading to secondary caries. Does this make me go for a second treatment, since I just arrived at the hospital to take an X-ray, I took three times before success, take an X-ray is so unprofessional hospital, I should not be here to fill the tooth. But I'm gonna pay you and leave, and I'm not gonna go back to your clinic, and I'm gonna call it a scam.

Going to the dentist is never fun, but they take very good care of me. Dr. Chien in particular is the epitome of TLC. For me, she is so gentle with the numbing injections I barely feel it, and she is contentious and stays on top of the time passed and does another injection before it wears off.
