Trowbridge ASC have been using SCM since October 2015. I introduced this to save the club hours of administration time. Over the years the software has evolved and gets better each year. SCM listens to its users and implements improvements that we actually want and need.
I would recommend this to any swimming club without hesitation.

We have had SCM for a while but have just recently rolled out to parents for general updates and most recently entering meets. Feedback from parents and indeed our Bluefins team is really positive - it saves time and its all in one place. We had some challenges getting our first meet set up, but the support from SCM was fantastic and they helped us through.. we are now on meet 2! In addition we have started using the calendar for coach cover - anything easy to see with colour is great and we can see coach cover, what's outstanding/covered all in one place. Looking forward to finding and using more features!

We have used Swim Club Manager for the last 3 years and it has totally transformed the way we run our swimming club. The web interface is clean and easy to use and it allows us to share roles across our volunteer base. Most importantly, any problems that are encountered and swiftly and effectively dealt with by the development team behind the software. if you run a swimming club then I can honestly say this is the software for you.

SCM is a fantastic tool that has revolutionised how we operate as a club. It’s removed so much admin and made things easier for our volunteers and parents alike.
The fact we have a record of all our swimmers, can manage their payments, swim achievements, sessions, kit orders and even our website is fantastic.
The support is always first rate and the team respond to queries and suggestions very quickly.
Overall simply excellent service.

Nottingham Leander have used Swim Club Manger for many years, through several major upgrades, and its the key tool used in operating our club, we'd stuggle with out it.
The software may not always be intuative, but the support provided is first class, resolving any difficulties be it user error or genuine techical issue, very quickly and efficienty.

I am writing this review as the database administrator for our swimming club, we currently use Swim Club Manager to manage our club. The database is vital to the successful running of the club and also comes with a handy app for your phone. The database is intuitive for parents, volunteers and coaches but if you have any problems Ben from Technical Support is always on hand to help should you need it. Which I do regularly ;-). Swim Club Manager is also very good value for money. Should you need a new system for your swimming club I would recommend Swim Club Manager.

Basingstoke Bluefins have been using SCM for a number of years now and it is really easy to use
We have recently started using parent access and the App and our parents love it and we have had lots of positive feedback from them
We have also just started using it for meet entries and once again the parents are finding this much easier to use
The support from the tech team is amazing, they are always quick to get back to you and are really good at sorting out issues (even when it feels like it must be a daft question)
We would really recommend SCM
