I would love to give my very much respect to capitola who oversaw over bposhtels when I was there, she always took care of issues, questions and answered politely and with the sweetest smile ever to me, very important for a comfortable stay, also the front took care of my concerns, when I was there there was a lot of rain which caused many times the key card malfunctioned they always greeted with respect and no issues getting it done, free breakfast no not eggs bacon though I was happy to have the coffee muffins, yogurt and fresh fruit usually bananas and apples which is mighty fine Thanks again to capitola and the front desk Great job
