I have a couple of issues that were fixed, but prevent me from giving a full recommendation to this place; still, I can not pass on recognizing the hard work of Christine the lady that takes care of the breakfast; she is friendly, helpful and with her permanent and nice smile makes visitors mornings a good starting point: high five for Christine

Right near Disneyland and rooms are shared... woke up and some woman was getting off the top bunk... interesting)

It was a really great stay here. The room (i stayed at a dorm) was super clean and the bed was comfy. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast has good options, especially Christine makes it really wonderful.

First, let me say that this was my first time at a hostel so I didn't know what to expect. Pros: Great location, stores, markets, restaurants within walking distance. I lived at Target. Water was hot. Bedsheets were clean and comfortable Quiet at night. Lockers and towel were provided (no washcloth or loofa). Microwave n fridge in the room. Cons: Small room, housed 6 women, bunk beds were difficult to get in (I had top bunk). Little to no lighting provided. No wall switches just tiny clamp-on lamps. My bunkmate used every outlet except one, so I just used the flashlight on my phone n the last outlet for my charger. I saw a bug in the shower so I took bird baths instead. The bathroom was clean except that. There was a constant urine smell in the hotel corridor. My bunkmate was a transient so her items also smelled like urine. The other 4 ladies kept to themselves. We were all on different schedules so it was rarely peaceful in the couple 100 sq ft room. When shopping hostels keep in mind who your roommates will be, the different schedules you'll have, and the size of the room. I stayed 3 nights. Hostels are good for one night last minute option. If you have the extra $100 do yourself a favor and splurged on a hotel.

Great location - walkable to Disneyland and affordable compared to everything else in the area. The room was good for the price. There was an issue in my room with two guest having a verbal altercation and the front desk responded very quickly. Employees were very friendly!

Terrible Customer Service!! You cannot get ahold of anybody on the phone, they just text you instead. Myself and 2 other people had booked on Expedia for 3 nights, we were ready to leave the day of our trip and this hotel canceled our booking the day of. They texted us saying we only paid for 1 person when we had received an email for a booking of 3 people and they had already taken the money, we had this booked for WEEKS!!. They refunded us the day of but they claimed we only booked for 1 person which the email says otherwise. They said we had to rebook but there was absolutely no option to. No where does it mention that you have to book a person individually, but someone texted us that you are suppose to book per person. Absolutely fumed!! We also asked multiple times to talk to someone on the phone and they ignored. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could.

the building is Signature Hotel anaheim you share one hotel room of bunk beds with a few other hostel guests" "BPoshtels" in a female only or mix dorm. it's a 30 min walk or $4 bus to Disneyland, food, etc. the room has bunk beds and 1 curtained off area for changing and one toilet/ shower bathroom. It was was clean, had a.c/ internet, was quiet and in a good area across from other big name hotels. I booked on Expedia and had no problems and a great price. The private actual hotel room booked separate is nice too

A very good stay if you’re able to get a 2 bed room. If you land in a six bed room it’s bearable. But be warned, there aren’t any lights, no common area , hotel staff like to save their towels for some odd reason. Be wary they like to only speak Spanish and tend to make me feel uncomfortable. If you can get passed that you’ll love the place

Front desk, awesome very helpful and always do what they can. The hostel rooms are dirty, stinky , no common area, no light. Very misguiding. Be careful of the house keepers

It was all about location and price for me and they delivered on both of those. There was some logistical issue with the normal hostel room so they let us stay in a normal room, which was quite a nice unexpected upgrade! I can't guarantee that you'll have that specific experience of course, but they do seem willing and able to take care of their guests.

Estoy sumamente complacido en recomendar esta opción para hospedarte, expedia ofrece habitaciones compartidas y también individuales, ambas son buena opción. Cristine es super amable y te ayuda en todo en los desayunos, me hizo sentir en casa. Buena ubicación, buen precio y buen servicio. Lo recomiendo sin duda

Hicimos la reserva con un mes de anticipación a traves del portal Citi Travel que bookea mediante expedia. Llegamos a las 11 de la noche al hostel después de nuestro vuelo y nos dicen que nuestra reserva estaba cancelada. Nos dieron motivos bastante absurdos diciendo que por el portal de reserva nos "equivocamos" al poner que eramos 2 huespedes siendo que es un hostel ¿?, sin embargo nos contactamos con nuestra central de reservas y nos decian que todo estaba confirmado. Jamas nos llego un aviso de reserva cancelada ni nada similar dandonos aviso de "que supuestamente nosotros reservamos mal". A esa hora cansados nos ofrecieron reservar una habitación privada que nos costo 3 veces mas el precio que habiamos reservado el hostel y realmente no valia la pena, el pasillo que conducia a nuestra habitacion estaba lleno de gente fumando marihuana afuera. Me parecio totalmente desprolijo como manejaron nuestra reserva y hasta una estafa porque el dinero de la reserva original no estaba devuelto como ellos decian. Si van a los parques reserven en Motel 6 que pueden llegar facilmente caminando y es mas economico que las habitaciones privadas que ofrece Bp Hostel

1.1 mile walk to Disneyland and breakfast is included. Driving directions will probably try to take you in the back but gate is locked. You actually enter a shared driveway with Jack in the Box on Harbor Blvd. Also the sign says “Signature” and no signs for Bposhostel because they get these hotel rooms from Signature and take out the bed to add two or three double decker bunks. Pot luck on quality of roommates.

Busqué otro lugar. Reservé con 1 mes de antelación, llegué con la reserva confirmada y me dijeron que no tenían lugar para mi y mi familia. Tampoco me quisieron reintegro el dinero, tuve que reclamar a mi banco.
