I simply loved this location! My favorite so far! The staff was super friendly, dry sauna, gym, yoga classes, beautiful terrace to look at the gorgeous SLC mountains and much more! I have a couple of issues that were fixed, but prevent me from giving a full recommendation to this place; still, I can not pass on recognizing the hard work of Christine the lady that takes care of the breakfast; she is friendly, helpful and with her permanent and nice smile makes visitors mornings a good starting point: high five for Christine

Worst backpacker experience in my whole life. I booked three nights for backpackers room, first day I was the only one checked in, when I was trying to charge my phone, I found all of the plugs were not working, so I went to the reception asking them to fix the problem, and the staff told me the plugs were not working because they were doing some maintenance, but NO ONE told me before I arrived and even when I checked in, the staff just asked me charged outside which was ridiculous, who put phone outside during the midnight? And the next day they still let other people checked in, but the plugs still not working 😌 BTW, don’t trust the 5 stars reviews, because they have a event would pick one person who leave a nice review on google maps can get all of the refund every month:)

Right near Disneyland and rooms are shared... woke up and some woman was getting off the top bunk... interesting)

It was an amazing experience. I really recommend.
