☺ El personal del hotel muy bien
☹ Habitación pequeña, supongo por precio, aseo pequeño,mal distribución,y el penúltimo día no limpiaron habitación limpieza justa,puede ser por afluencia de gente,se olle todo lo de fuera si abres la puerta de terraza ,en fin,no queda más que aguantar,estás de vacaciones, gente con discapacidad no valla,no hay acceso,un saludo

Great stay in Benidorm in a nice hotel.
☺Great location in the old town. Nice bars and restaurants close by. Very close to both levante beach and Poniente.
The rooms were nice and the beds very comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

☺The hotel only looked small from the outside and it’s not the biggest, however the rooms were very very clean and modern. Just what we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was amazing and I liked that it was made fresh. Always start with a fresh glass of orange and tea and coffee lovely.
☹Just a-bit small but we expected this not an issue

☺L’emplacement est idéalement placé au centre des restaurants et boutique.
☹Chambre très mal isolée, nous entendions tout entre les voisins des autres chambres, les femmes de ménage qui parlaient très fort alors qu’il était encore tôt et que nous dormions encore, la baie vitrée non isolée avec un jour où passait l’air. Sur toute la faïence de la salle de bains, il y avait de grosses coulures et traces de calcaire qui n’étaient pas nettoyées.

☺The hotel was brilliant with a lovely breakfast in a great location, really nice local eateries right in front of the hotel, it's a very lively area. the beach is a minute away and the shops are all around you

☺ Buena atención del personal, amables. El desayuno hay opciones para elegir y esta bastante bien . Muy cerca de sitios de interés . Si vas en plan de fiesta creo que esta excelente, si vas en un plan de descansar no lo recomendaría, hay que pasar por un bar para llegar a la parte de las habitaciones y en la noche puede ser ruidoso. Buen ambiente en general . Habitación cómoda con aire acondicionado. Baño funcional. Cerca de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y bares. Cerca del balcón del mediterráneo. No recomiendo usar google maps para llegar ya que te manda a otra dirección donde existía un hotel con el mismo nombre que ya no existe , corroborar dirección con el personal.
☹ Muy cerca de contenedores donde tiran botellas de vidrio y hace bastante ruido. Puede ser un poco difícil de llegar o localizarlo con el mapa, no pueden entrar carros a esa parte de las calles, solo taxis autorizados.

☺Hotel is in an ideal location, so close to the beach & near lots of different bars and restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was really good. Absolutely exceeded our expectations and would definitely go back. Hotel rooftop terrace was amazing and had great views - photo provided in the review, even mist gets let out to help cool you down during the day. Overall extremely happy and glad we chose the Queens Hotel.
☹Can’t say a bad word and was extremely surprised with it being only 2 stars. Recently stayed in a 4 star and this hotel beat that one hands down.
