It works So Booking and the app to me are probably the easiest to use and offer the most affordable places/trips I know of. If you include the little bonus every once in a while, the points thing, its pretty nice really. More than once my wife went to book and used our points for reduced rate or even free stays! What I think I like the most however is the hotel reservation no charge until check in thing and so easy to cancel or change bookings. For this reason, I choose Booking.com for the majority of my travels, not all, but most.

Positive vibes I’ve stayed at this place last week. I tried to book again, but they were overbooked. Great energy positive vibes to Manager was very polite respectful and very welcoming. I would definitely stay at this place again. I was really impressed of how clean the place was as well, I would highly recommend it.

Horrible service Cancelled a reservation, received an email saying I would be refunded full amount within 7-12 days, still no refund at day 15. Called them to get this resolved, they said they had no idea why the system didn’t refund me, that they can only email their finance department and I couldn’t speak with someone. Stick with American booking services moving forward, this one seems little fishy.

Worst booking app ever. They took payment for a hotel stay, then cancelled the reservation bc of a “credit card issue”. What’s the issue of the payment went through? To make matters worse we have been calling customer service every day and have been left on hold for hours at a time with no response.

🇦🇷 Excelente 🇦🇷 The vibe of this place is excellent. Excellent Cleaning. They have parking. The rooms have a kitchen and private bathroom, they are cleaned every day. Every night you have some event to have fun or just relax, the attention of the workers is 10 points, super friendly, willing to help you and make sure you have a very good stay. I could rate this place as one of my best stays in Hollywood. 100% recommendable . Super affordable prices.

Taking our money without giving us the apartment I had a very bad experience with booking I booked an apartment but the owner didn’t respond to my messages and there were no check in details couldn’t get the apartment and they took our money Be careful don’t deal with booking also the customer service never help you or return your money

Best hotel in town We spent five nights in this hotel and it was the best selection ever. Hotels was extremely friendly and always willing to help out. They provided us with great references and tolled us about things we could do around town. The hotel is extremely clean you will always find staff cleaning around. They close the front door at ten pm but do not worry all you have to do is know and give your room number and they will let you inside. I loved this because it made me feel extremely specially during a girls trip. The restaurant is great and once again staff are extremely friendly always smiling and willing to offer suggestions of what to do around town. Location is great you can literally step out of the hotel and see el centro from there. If I could give the hotel a ten star review I would. This will be my hotel in Oaxaca from now on.

The Booking.com SCAM Booking.com SCAM ALERT I spent 8 years with Booking.com. I had a great rapport with them and this last year it all changed. I booked a room in Alexandria, LA in my way home from Texas. It was the OYO Hotel. When I tried to check in they told me they no longer contract with booking and that I would have to pay an additional $55 for the room. I immediately booked another room in a different hotel with ‘Booking.com and thought I could resolve this with customer service. When I contacted customer service the agent ‘in London England’ was an absolute monster. She laughed at my situation, told me that Booking does not care and I could basically get fk’ed. I asked for her company identities and a supervisor and she again laughed and said NOPE. She said, ‘why would I do that? It would jeopardize my job…’. I reported both the Hotel and Booking.com for credit card fraud and was refunded via my bank. It’s blatant that Booking is now running scams with Hotels so they can get their fee and the Hotel can double down. If you look at the Booking.com reviews on Google, you’ll see that this is all happening at an alarming rate and it’s all started over this last year. Can’t say I didn’t warn ya. Good luck. UPDATE: they reached out to me with zero resolution. They’re still scamming.

Scammed With booking.com, I paid $175 more for my room then I could have had I just called the hotel. Never again.
