excellent location, pity about the apartment. nowhere near value for money. ☺ Excellent location. ☹ Rough, dirty, floors uneven and damaged, bath damaged, 50 year old pillows and blankets, dirty building.

Thank You for your review. We agree the property is in a fantastic location, a few minutes walk to Glasgow City Centre and all that it offers to visitors. Sadly, we do not agree regarding the issues mentioned and must advise anyone reading this that the property was spotless upon check- in, but unfortunately very dirty upon check-out, which required extra cleaning by our housekeeping staff. I should also mention that this Apartment is not a modern, new-build property, but an old Sandstone building, typical of properties in this area, so I am perplexed as to why this guest expected a newer building as the photos on advertisement clearly show the age of the building. We welcome all future guests to stay in this property and enjoy the location and facilities on offer.

Appalling flat condition. ☺ The apartment was in terrible condition. Not of an acceptable standard for rental. It was damp and paint peeling from walls (I have photos). I didn't like anything about the flat and couldn't wait to leave. ☹ The property was damp, dingy and smelt of damp. I was shocked at the appalling condition of the property and will never book with booking.com again.

needs someone to inspect apartment and I would personally recommend removing from your site. ☹ the laminate floors in the apartment were dirty,the place as a whole is in pretty poor condition especially the paint on the walls in the living room and bathroom which has a lot of bubbling.
