We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Matt and Extraordinary! From the start, Matt was incredibly patient with us. We were admittedly indecisive multiple times throughout the planning process, especially with all the amazing options they offer. But Matt was always responsive, kind, and accommodating no matter what special requests we had. Even when we couldn’t decide what services to book, Matt was there every step of the way to help us make the right choice. His support and professionalism made the whole process so much smoother. The photobooth was a huge hit at our wedding. It was a highlight for our guests and really added a fun element to the celebration. This all came together thanks to the amazing preparation Matt and his team put in behind the scenes to ensure everything was perfect. On the wedding day itself, we had Ronnie take over, and he was absolutely fantastic. He worked seamlessly in the background and was there if we needed anything, but without being intrusive. We also want to mention just how wonderful Matt was to work with on a personal level. Not only did he respond quickly to every message, but he took the time to speak with us on the phone and truly listened to our needs and answer questions. It was clear that he wasn’t just there to book a service – he genuinely cared about making our day as special as possible and giving us the best experience. His kindness and dedication made all the difference. If you're considering a photobooth for your event (or possibly other services), book with Extraordinary – it will be 100% worth it!

Extraordinary LLC exceeded my expectations for our holiday party for the 4th time! I utilized their photobooth and DJ entertainment services, and the experience was phenomenal. The team was prompt in responding to my inquiries, and their pricing was very reasonable. Customizing our holiday photo prints was a seamless process, and the final prints turned out beautifully. For DJ entertainment, we had the pleasure of working with DJ Chalant and DJ Run It Back Jack, who delivered an incredible performance. They curated the perfect blend of holiday vibes and R&B hits, keeping the atmosphere lively and everyone singing and dancing throughout the event. Overall, my experience with Extraordinary LLC was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend their services and look forward to working with them again in the future!

We requested a DJ for a corporate audience and Diego Valenzuela did a great job with music selection with broad appeal to Gen Z to Boomers. Also, we used the magic mirror selfie photo booth with a green screen background and the two attendants (Emmanuel and Ronnie) were every engaging and made the process quite simple with multiple backgrounds, and printed / digital copies. DJ Q (Quentin Fletcher) was my account lead and did a terrific job managing my questions, changes and setting expectations. I hope I get to work with Extraordinary Entertainment again!

I was looking for a new DJ/Photo Booth for our 2023 Christmas party to make things different from our 2022 DJ services. I explained that I would like to experience a different DJ service from the previous year. I was assured that I would be assigned one of their best DJ's. I was looking forward to something different and exciting. At the night of our Christmas party, the DJ came, set up and was ready for the crowd. During the evening, the DJ was dry, didn't communicate or engage with the staff at all. In comparison to last year's DJ, it was like night and day. Last year's DJ mingled with the staff, danced with the staff and upon requesting a song, it was played. The previous year, staff was dancing during the entire Christmas party. The DJ this year, didn't honor requested songs and NOT one employee danced the whole evening until the very end one couple danced to a slow song. The staff was disappointed with the DJ as well. Although, I was disappointed all the way around, I will not name the DJ. I will not use this DJ service again.

We had Extraordinary Entertainment for our December wedding and I cannot say enough amazing things! We had the 360° booth, magic mirror Photo Booth, and DJ Jeff Lang! If you’re looking for a professional, outgoing, and absolutely incredible DJ, search no further. DJ Jeff is FANTASTIC and kept the dance floor crowded the entire night. From the very first song to the very last the energy was at an all time high. The 360 was such a hit and our guests are still raving about how much fun our wedding was. When speaking to Jeff throughout the planning process, all I said was we wanted to throw a rager and he more than delivered! I will and do recommend Extraordinary Entertainment and DJ Jeff for ANY event! Now we just need to find a reason to throw more parties and work with them again! 🙌🏼

Jeff & the team at EE are fantastic. We rented a claw machine from them, and it was a hit at our trade show. Actually, it saved our trade show since our booth got lost in shipping. But it didn't even matter, because people loved the claw machine so much they barely noticed the rest. All the attendees kept saying how it was the most unique thing at any show they had been to, and the nostalgia really elevated the fun factor. On top of that, they wrapped it with our logo and artwork, and you would have thought it was a permanent part of our booth. The customization was implemented to perfection. I would definitely use them again for our events and appreciate how easy Jeff made the entire process from the initial quote to the final pick up. It could not have been smoother. Thanks again!

Rick, who partners with us for videography is extremely talented at his craft. He is timely and professional and his quality of video and editing is Hollywood quality!
