I ordered a coat for my partner. It arrived half stitched, buttons missing and in appalling condition. This coat wasn’t cheap it was £85… I returned it stating the faults. They then returned it back to me saying I cannot have a refund as there was a button missing “the reason I sent it back” the issue is still ongoing. They have no contact number and still haven’t rang me back. The company is an absolute disgrace! I will never use them again. And I will still be chasing a refund for the shoddy, sweat shop items they are selling! Worst company to buy from ever, which is probably why all their shops have been closed down… AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The company charges money for both the product and the delivery, but neither the product has been received nor has any delivery been arranged. When questioned, they respond that they ‘don’t care’ and claim that the customer is responsible for dealing with the delivery service — even though the customer neither chose nor paid for any delivery option. Additionally, the second order was simply never dispatched

This company is just robbing you, they sent me the wrong ítem and they want to give me half of what i paid for because apparently i have to pay for shipping when they messed up on my order plus they sent me a lower priced jean, super horrible company. DONT BUY HERE

I paid for 3-day express shipping with BoohooMAN because I needed my order for a special occasion. Instead, the package arrived a week later. I tried emailing their customer service for a refund on the express shipping and never received a response. This was supposed to be my first time trying their express service, and it will definitely be my last. There is no point in offering “express” delivery if you can’t deliver on time or even respond to customers when there’s an issue. Completely disappointed.

Along with hundreds of other people complaining about the delayed refund process, my review is about the same. The shame of them receiving my item back on the 2/11/2025 and telling me that I will not get my money back until the 3/12/2025. They are breaking government guidelines which stipulates that returns should refunded within 14 days. I have sent countless emails complaining, copied in senior directors Daniel Finley and Philip Ellis who don’t seem to care less. I have never been treated so badly by an online retailer, your business practices are illegal and immoral.

Ordered for my son. Clothes arrived - sizing and quality were awful.( If only 0 stars were an option......) Returned next day. 2 and half weeks later, no refund, messages ignored and patience wearing thin! Reading other reviews, it seems this is a regular occurrence with no refund being received after return - wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. AVOID THIS COMPANY - nothing but petty criminals stealing customers money!!

Make sure you select the correct sizes, because you can guarantee that if you don't and ask for a refund, boohoo will definitely forget all about you. That is until you get back in contact with them, where you'll have to speak with a bot that has such inadequate responses that you'd be let to believe that the programme was running off windows 95 maybe and that's even if you get a response. Absolutely awful company, with terrible customer service. Last time I buy from these cowboys.

I ordered some items for my son for his Birthday but the sizes were either to big or to small. My first order they sent me a gift voucher without the 4 digit pin code so it is useless to use. Have emailed and WhatsApp messaged but no response has been received. I am over £100 down but no refund in sight despite email messages and WhatsApp messages. Will never use this company ever again. Not sure what else i can do to what I have done already. They are just thieves keeping the products and keeping my money.

Disgusting response times. Zero accountability it seems, which is surprising considering boohoo.com are usually on point with delivery and response times. This branch should be disbanded and overhauled by the main company as it’s clear whoever/whatever team/teams are in charge of boohooman.com is incompetent, and unfit to service the customers. Evident by the countless terrible reviews and shameful ignorance displayed by the company. Be warned.

I’ve been a loyal Boohooman customer for years, but this latest experience has been absolutely unacceptable and beyond disappointing. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive on September 18, and as of now, I still don’t have it. This wasn’t just a casual order, it was meant to be an important business gift that needed tailoring and customizing before my international travel on October 5. I explained this clearly to customer service, but they ignored my situation and kept copy-pasting generic responses telling me to “wait until October 4.” That leaves me no time at all, which shows they either didn’t read or didn’t care about what I actually wrote. The worst part of all was dealing with their rep Ivan. Not only was he inconsiderate and unprofessional, but instead of offering any real solution (like express reshipping), he tried to shut me down by saying: “I’m not able to help any further with this right now, but I hope the info above is useful. I’ll go ahead and consider this matter closed for now, and I really appreciate your understanding.” Imagine being told your urgent issue is “closed” when you’ve made it crystal clear how time-sensitive it is. That’s not customer service, that’s disrespect. Their foolish inconsideration has not only forced me to dispute the transaction with my bank, but it has also cost them a long-time customer permanently. I will never place another order with Boohooman again. This entire ordeal has been stressful, careless, and has put me at serious risk of showing up to an important business trip unprepared. Warning to others: if you value professionalism, reliability, and basic respect, think twice before ordering from Boohooman.

BEWARE;Complete waste of time and money. I spent £198 for 12 items and I only received 4. I contacted whatsapp, facebook and email to resolve my issues. I was ignored or asked the same details and told to wait for my order. Then I was informed it had been escalated for investigation a number of times. Finally on the 10th of September I was told I will not receive a refund. I am also unable to return 2 of the 4 items I did receive as they would not help me resolve the issues with the app. Conveniently it does not recognise my email or order number. They said they would send postage labels and then ignored me and took me through the same questions and process 12 times from the 27th Augustto 10th September. Disappointed is an under statement. Its only good value if you actually receive your full order and the customer service required to resolve.

Do not buy from this company. I attempted to return some items. I was instructed to call input the order number. When I did the site stated the number was invalid however when I input that same number to track the other the same system recognized the order, I am out of $120. There is no phone number and they have failed to respond to three emails,

Order was placed back in June 2025. Order was shipped out but never received my clothing. I contacted Boohooman by emailing them. It took them a month just to return my email. They offered to replace my items or refund me my money back. I requested my full refund. I never received my money back. This is horrible when you spend your money and you can’t even talk to anyone about your issue.
