A horrendous service.
If a merchant uses Evri, I usually give it a swerve, because we all know why.
But Boohoo is clearly the Evri of the clothing merchants. Impossible to contact, no customer care, inaccurate delivery timeframes, customer left to their own devices.
Don’t be like me and waste your time and money, go elsewhere and have a good customer experience.
Order never received and no money back
I placed an order and never received an order number or any of the clothing. I've been emailing them for four months and keep getting an automated reply. I just want my money back, which it seems they're keeping, which is very strange!

Will never order from them again. I am generally a fair, glass half-full type of judge, but my ordering experience from them is a 0 on a scale from 1-10. I ordered on 1/15/2026 and paid extra for Express shipping, and in the confirmation email displays a promise, "your order will be with you in up to 3 business days." It is now February 2nd. For starters, that was a waste of money and a miserably failed promise. Secondly, i've reached out multiple times for help, but apparently the company is run by AI and all you get are general answers. There is zero customer-care presence at this company. The best solution I could get was, "if you do not receive your order by February 5th we will grant you a full refund." Okay cool, however, I ordered these clothes because I wanted them; That so-called "solution" simply caused me to feel like a throw-away customer. Couldn't get any actual help, no attempt to answer my questions, basically was told, "we don't care, shut up and take your money back if it doesn't show up."

I returned items to boohooMAN back in November and was explicitly told I would receive my refund as a gift certificate via email. Months later, I have received nothing.
I’ve contacted “customer service” multiple times, and every interaction is the same pointless loop: I’m told to check my junk folder, I explain (again) that it’s not there, and then I’m either ignored completely or sent the same copy-and-paste response. No escalation. No resolution. No accountability.
At this point, I’m genuinely convinced boohooMAN does not have a real customer service team and that customers are just being fobbed off by an AI chatbot programmed to stall until people give up. There is zero ownership of the issue and zero effort to actually fix it.
Holding onto customers’ money for months with no refund and no meaningful communication is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from boohooMAN again and would strongly warn others to think twice before returning anything — you may never see your refund.

I ordered clothes for my son for Christmas in a size that fits him, but these pants were too small so I wanted to exchange for larger size. BoohooMAN extended their Christmas returns for orders AFTER 11/6 but since I bought them ON 11/6, they would not accept the return...even though they know I will be buying the same items. It takes days and weeks to get responses and answers from them- then they send a corporate answer. They hide behind the country time difference and have no customer service or understanding of customer service. Horrible experience.
Terrible customer service - pretty
Much non existent. Repeated AI answers with no actual human. No answer to emails and messenger chats. Have been trying for 2 weeks to return product that doesn’t fit. Now I get an answer saying it’s over 28 days even though it was within time when I started trying to contact so they are refusing to accept return.
I am extremely disappointed with boohooMAN and their handling of refunds.
I returned an item from Greece a long time ago, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have still not received my refund. The only response I keep getting is that my refund is “still being processed” with no confirmation, no clear timeline, and absolutely no proactive updates.
Hiding behind a vague policy that international returns “can take up to 28 days” does not excuse the lack of transparency, accountability, or communication. Once they have your money, customer care seems to completely disappear. No confirmation that the return has even been received, no realistic resolution date—just copy-paste responses.
This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable for a supposedly established brand. Customers should not have to chase their own money for weeks with no answers.
I will never shop with boohooMAN again, and I strongly advise others—especially international customers—to think twice before ordering. If something goes wrong, be prepared for delays, stress, and silence.

I have not had a good experience shopping with boohooman! Purchased 2 items before Xmas! Didn't fit so I sent back! Wanted a refund but must of clicked on gift certificate by accident! Been a battle ever since to try and get my gift certificate. The customer service is not good! Don't bother purchasing anything because if u want ur money back or gift certificate u will be waiting forever. They just repeat themselves over and over and don't help to resolve the situation! I'm nearly £50 down and no gift certificate that I did not want in the 1st place
Straight-up scam company. I missed their return window by one day and they refused to accept my return. I don’t understand why their policy is 28 days instead of 30. What shocked me even more is that they sent me ripped jeans, and they’re still refusing to exchange them or refund my money.
I ordered a coat for my partner. It arrived half stitched, buttons missing and in appalling condition. This coat wasn’t cheap it was £85… I returned it stating the faults. They then returned it back to me saying I cannot have a refund as there was a button missing “the reason I sent it back” the issue is still ongoing. They have no contact number and still haven’t rang me back. The company is an absolute disgrace! I will never use them again. And I will still be chasing a refund for the shoddy, sweat shop items they are selling! Worst company to buy from ever, which is probably why all their shops have been closed down… AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
The company charges money for both the product and the delivery, but neither the product has been received nor has any delivery been arranged. When questioned, they respond that they ‘don’t care’ and claim that the customer is responsible for dealing with the delivery service — even though the customer neither chose nor paid for any delivery option.
Additionally, the second order was simply never dispatched
I paid for 3-day express shipping with BoohooMAN because I needed my order for a special occasion. Instead, the package arrived a week later. I tried emailing their customer service for a refund on the express shipping and never received a response.
This was supposed to be my first time trying their express service, and it will definitely be my last. There is no point in offering “express” delivery if you can’t deliver on time or even respond to customers when there’s an issue. Completely disappointed.
Along with hundreds of other people complaining about the delayed refund process, my review is about the same. The shame of them receiving my item back on the 2/11/2025 and telling me that I will not get my money back until the 3/12/2025. They are breaking government guidelines which stipulates that returns should refunded within 14 days. I have sent countless emails complaining, copied in senior directors Daniel Finley and Philip Ellis who don’t seem to care less. I have never been treated so badly by an online retailer, your business practices are illegal and immoral.
Ordered for my son. Clothes arrived - sizing and quality were awful.( If only 0 stars were an option......) Returned next day. 2 and half weeks later, no refund, messages ignored and patience wearing thin! Reading other reviews, it seems this is a regular occurrence with no refund being received after return - wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. AVOID THIS COMPANY - nothing but petty criminals stealing customers money!!
