Zero. Absolute worst company to shop from if you have to return. I see we all have the same experience, unfortunatelly I have managed to break some kind of record of emails and messages exchanged. Their customer service is either mentally challenged, or they are purposefully dragging their feet, my return was sent a day after receiving it (one item incomplete, others not like pictured) and I paid extra to have a tracking number, so I received confirmation they received my return parcel on September 30th. It's December 17th today, and they still pretend not to know which order it is or what happened, they had me send the receipts twice, pretended they didn't receive the attachments (they did in fact, I checked my sent emails and I did attach the images). Basically a company run on thoughts, prayers and ignoring the issues away, ignoring and insulting the customer, breaching their own terms and conditions, breaking both EU and UK commercial laws. Highly recommend everyone to avoid shopping here. Save yourself the trouble, learn from other peoples mistakes.

I am still awaiting a discussion with a manager regarding my complaint. Everytime I contact any of the chat functions I get referred to them with no contact. No email. No phone number. Meaning no refund - despite specifically requesting the money was refunded to original payment method. The are holding my money ransom, only refunding to gift card so my money must then be spent with them.
Initially order not received within delivery timeframe. £5.99 paid for next day delivery. This was refunded to the original payment method as requested via customer services. Items no longer required due to their ineffectiveness and lack of ability to provide items as promised in the requested and paid for timeframe. Following this the items were returned and as discussed a refund for original payment method requested. This was not adhered to and a refund given on a gift card. Which was not what I stipulated.
I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with Boohoo. I returned an item expecting a standard refund, yet Boohoo issued a voucher instead which was something I never requested or agreed to. This completely goes against what any reasonable customer would expect when returning a product.
To make matters worse, I have tried contacting customer service multiple times and haven’t received a single response. No explanation, no resolution and no acknowledgement of the issue. It feels like customers are being left to deal with problems on their own.
This situation raises serious concerns about Boohoo’s respect for basic consumer rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers should receive refunds in the original form of payment unless they explicitly agree otherwise. Issuing a voucher without consent may fall short of those standards, and it certainly falls short of good customer care.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating, time-consuming and entirely avoidable. I would strongly caution others to be careful when ordering from Boohoo, especially if you think you might need to return anything. Customer service and fair refund practices should be the bare minimum and Boohoo isn’t meeting that.

Absolutely awful company. I have 3 items missing from my order. No one apart from a bot has responded to me and now that's stopped. No reply to emails sent to customer service.
I only wanted my missing items and express delivery refunded.
Next stop is offcom, it's not about the money now it's the principle.

Been waiting for refunds to the value of £65.90, spread over two orders. I returned ,September 16th 2025 and 2nd October 2025. I Have constantly emailed and Watts apoed with the return receipts from Evri drop off your return parcels, to no avail.
Going to write a recorded delivery letter to their physical address, then if I don't hear, going to police.

Having the same issue as others, item returned and I received an email claiming my refund was being processed. Still no refund since 13th September! Klarma now looking into it as they have not received any information on the refund due. I have emailed Boohoo customer services but no response. Not good! And obviously won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered 3 dresses which were $500.00 on August 28th today is September 20Th and still i have no merchandise they keep telling me tracking numbers will be updated never happened when the goods are dispatched they provide a tracking number never did they refunded me $9.99 per order for shipping and never refunded the money for the dresses beware of this company they are a big scam they ruined my honeymoon order NA******* NA******* NA*******
Klarna not refunded
July '25, I purchased via Klarna two lots of items in two different sizes as needed clothes items for an event. Both packages came late and was ill fitting so I returned items beginning of July. Klarna was reimbursed for one order but not the other. Boohoo confirm receipt but have given vouchers for this said order. I don't want vouchers I want my original payment method, ie Klarna refunded. Boohoo are refusing to refund Klarna. This has been on going for a month and now they are saying it is out of Time to be evaluated.
How do I get a refund as Klarna demanding payment.

My review is same as all the other reviews. Returns are not refunded. Please avoid buying from boohoo man. There is no way to effectively contact the ‘returns’ department and they do not care. Very quick to take your money and deliver but will not refund if you return the goods. Someone used the word ‘crooks’ in their review. I agree 100%. When will trading standards address this issue with the company? There are enough 1 star reviews here to take action. What’s the point of reviews other than to warn others to ‘stay away’.
