Bonfire deleted a conservative merchant, Phil Godlewski. It was very popular so it's not because he didn't do business, but because of censorship. Obviously you don't support freedom of speech or the Constitution. I'll be careful not to buy anything through your platform in the future.

Very difficult to work with
Never use this company for fundraiser. Bonfire made over $250, our non profit made $70. When trying to request the $70 they mentioned I needed to be a board member to request funds. The 5013c has been verified not to mention there was no need for a board member to set up the campaign and start to make them money. Oh they will not tell you when to collect your funds either. Bonfire makes this process very hard. Unbelievable. Pass on them!

I just want to post a shout-out to Bonfire: I needed to exchange a Christmas gift for a smaller size, and I was so pleased with the courtesy and concern that Bonfire (Katie) exhibited. There was no waiting for a reply. There was no hassle. It was as if she was as concerned about the problem as I was. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Bonfire. Thank you for being such an exemplary example of what all business models should try to duplicate! Sharon J
I accidentally made an error in my email when placing my order and anytime I had questions or needed information I got it very quickly and Becca was very kind and extremely helpful!!!

I dealt with Beka from Bonfire customer service.. despite my shirt being slightly delayed Beka answered my inquires promptly and politely.
