Bonfire deleted a conservative merchant, Phil Godlewski. It was very popular so it's not because he didn't do business, but because of censorship. Obviously you don't support freedom of speech or the Constitution. I'll be careful not to buy anything through your platform in the future.

Very disappointed I ordered two sweat shirts for 90 dollars to support a German shepherd rescue took over a month for the clothes to arrive when I received a email stating they was delivered that's when I found out only 5.00 dollars went to the rescue

Carolyn was incredible at helping me with a typo in my design before it went to print. Responsiveness was quick and professional. This is a great company to work with and has decreased so much stress with fundraising. I have used them before and will 10/10 use them again.

Very difficult to work with
Never use this company for fundraiser. Bonfire made over $250, our non profit made $70. When trying to request the $70 they mentioned I needed to be a board member to request funds. The 5013c has been verified not to mention there was no need for a board member to set up the campaign and start to make them money. Oh they will not tell you when to collect your funds either. Bonfire makes this process very hard. Unbelievable. Pass on them!

I just want to post a shout-out to Bonfire: I needed to exchange a Christmas gift for a smaller size, and I was so pleased with the courtesy and concern that Bonfire (Katie) exhibited. There was no waiting for a reply. There was no hassle. It was as if she was as concerned about the problem as I was. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Bonfire. Received one of two items ordered. Disappointed in this company. They charge $4.99 per item to ship. The t-shirt is a 60/40 cotton poly blend. Haven't washed yet.
