I had a great first experience, my wax was quick and efficient, however my second time was a different experience. I came in for a walk in appointment, and was accommodated rather quickly. Halfway into the wax I realized that the waxed was new because she had someone helping her throughout the wax process. After about 45 minutes, I saw I still had a lot of patchy and uneven spots left. I feel if they would have asked me if I minded having someone with little experience, I would have felt better and not blindsided. I was just very unsatisfied.

Lyna was amazing. It was my first Brazilian wax and she made me feel extremely comfortable and did everything she could to minimize as much pain as possible. She speaks English and Portuguese so anytime she couldn’t communicate her words in English she used google translate so I could understand her. I will continue to book with her for future appointments!

I never got a wax before and because of that I was SUPER nervous. After looking at many places nearby I made the decision to come here.
I read a lot of reviews for Dyna and I am so glad I booked with her. She is sooooooo sweet, educational and truly cares about you.
We spoke the entire time and she definitely calmed my nerves. She has been in the profession for over 15 years and originally from Brazil. I will NEVER go anywhere else or see anyone else. She has a customer for life from me!
