Disappointed with the customer service. Cancelled my booking over 12 hours before the booking because the form was not filled in which states that needs to be filled in before the appointment. People have other commitments and plan to do certain things on a Saturday morning or something. Super disappointed because been waiting for an appointment for over two weeks. Should be more mindful of people’s commitments and time. There is a cancellation policy and the customer is charged if they cancel it in less than 24 hours. I need to know from the management what is the policy if Bodyology cancels it in the same time frame. Looking forward to a positive response and redemption, otherwise this is sheer absurd behavior from their side. _____________________ This is in response to the comment posted by the business: Yes, the initial appointment was ‘rescheduled’ by US well ahead of time as we could not make it on the first date - not by you or because of not filling the form. If you have been informed, otherwise, please have a word with your employees. Secondly, my wife is posting a review with the screenshot where in your voicemail it is stated that form can be filled by Saturday and appointment was cancelled on Friday. Another one of your claims is wrong that we were informed that it needs to be filled 24 hours before the appointment. Lastly, you did not provide good customer service as you cancelled the appointment without proper heads up or notice, and it was a last minute cancellation which wasted our time and plan too. That too without the mention of this policy anywhere on website, in the emails, or stated over the phone. I understand that the form needs to be filled before the appointment and we ensured the representative when they called on Friday that we will fill it by tonight or Saturday morning as we were not home at that time. In my opinion, it made 0 business sense (rather absurd) to cancel the appointment unless you had another appointment for that hour. You could have taken our word and let us give you business instead of opening the slot for a last minute appointment. A lot of things are wrong in what you have stated in your reply, what has been communicated to us through phone or email, and how the overall experience has been handled. I just hope that my long replies give you some sense of understanding that we were coming on Saturday and were hyped up about it but your poor customer service ruined it for you and us.

Daniel used a perfect balance between gentle massage and stronger applied pressure, carefully identified points of tension and made sure I was at ease and comfortable. Amazing experience, thank you so much!

Construction for 3 years don’t come here, unless you want drilling next to while getting a massage.

I've never had a bad experience here, and I've had many massages done by many different massage therapists. Everyone is respectful and professional. The space is lovely. They play light relaxing music in the room and you typically can't hear anything on the outside.

It is always a wonderful and rewarding experience. I have many sports-related injuries, and I always request to book with Javier. He understands the physical toll and impact on the body and releases so much tension. His treatments always aid me in my recovery!

Definitely recommend this clinic if you are looking for a basic service, massage, treatment. Direct billing and no frills but a nice relaxing and calm space. Easy to book online, you need to knock or buzz in for entry. A great small clinic entrance off St Nicolas.

Wonderful facility that provides clients with a relaxing atmosphere, amenities, and most importantly, professional and highly skilled therapists!
