The clinic is quite nice and reception is great! They also have an online booking system which works really well (Janeapp). I'm giving 3 stars because of my experience with the therapist Seok. I don't expect a therapist to magically fix all of my problems or anything like that -- but Seok severely misdiagnosed me and recommended a non-ending care plan with them: not only with sessions with no end in sight, but also taking advantage of their Eastern tea program and additional Tai Chi lessons. I tried 4+ acupuncture sessions with them back-to-back and the experience was not the greatest. I ended up deciding to not try those extra services because of that. Today I know that what I needed was completely different. I'm really not sure if Seok genuinely believed in those or if they were "upselling" me at every opportunity. That's the main reason for my score.
I would like to say thank you to Dr. Yohanathan. She is an excellent doctor, who is very caring, knowledgeable and overall a great human being. She makes me feel comfortable and at ease with each visit and is one of the best chiropractors I ever had. I like how she treats all her clients with respect and compassion.
I have already recommended her to friends and family.

I’ve been going to Dr. Sahila for chiro for treatment for 6 years now. She does wonders for my upper back and neck and always leaves me feeling better after treatment. She’s been treating my plantar fasciitis recently and the pain has dissipated over the last 3 months. Highly recommend Dr. Sahila for all your chiro needs, she’s superb!

I see Sahila for chiro sessions and she is absolutely AMAZING!!! Has helped me with my scoliosis so much and works with me through any sports/fitness injuries. I also see Rose for massages - so seeing those two practitioners works so well for me. Dynamic duo :)

While I was happy with the massage service from Giuliana, I was quite unhappy and frustrated to find out that all of my insurance billings were being put on hold with each session - and I was not being notified of this, until months later. And after receiving a surprise phone call that I all of a sudden owed a sum of over $400... I was STILL not offered any discount for this miscommunication by the owners.

This clinic’s actions were more like a scam. Before and after my visit I was asked multiple times how I'd like to be charged - and I clearly confirmed that I'd prefer my insurance company. Despite that couple hours later I received a receipt that my credit card got charged. I called them to clarify what happened - their reply was "Your insurance company didn't cover the service"; I tried to submit it myself...surprise - it was processed within seconds. After this happened I requested a prrof of submission from clinic to find out why my insurance company declined it. After some time I got a reciept and under explnation I see a simple reason - We hadn't paid as we have already proccessed this claim. So, clinic instead of admitting their mistake (we are all humans, we all make mistakes), decided to submit it after I expressed my concerns. Clinic tried to justify it by insurance company claim denial that was not true. They simply made up a story just to cover themselves. I’m not a fussy guy, but when people trying to hide the truth at the very beginning- it’s far from understanding.
