Thangjagam gave me the most beautiful haircut.

Even though the services are good because the clinic services are never available post 4 I've been unable to complete my gfc schedule for many months. One day doctors are heading home, and another day they would be in training. So unlike other clinics opt here only if you aren't an active working professional. However, if lot of customers are there, then they remain at the facility till late evening as well. So unsure about their timings and they need to certainly not list 9pm.

Visited bodycraft indiranagar to get my gel nails done! I had a really good experience Glory took such good care of me and I had nice conversations with her Great place to go!

Came for bunch of services, the skin related services are good. Not the hair related services- I asked them for a haircut and the person kept telling me to get a scalp treatment. I kept denying politely and said to give me just a haircut, but he kept on telling other things to do to my hair. I get that it’s all business but you need to listen to customers and give them what they want.

I like the place, quite, good service and nice staff I will come again and I will tell my family and friends about the place 👍🏽

I will give them average star as dint like the service much, person who attended me dint had smile on her face, AC was not working, continuous movement of staff coming in and out during the session for sharing tools. Even the person explaining me the hydra facial detail dint wanted to spent much time explaining the details as just rush. .

I got my haircut from Nandish, he got my required points and did justice.

We went there for hair colour. Was very disappointed. They did not seem to be bothered by what she preferred. Finally they were ready to finish the half and badly coloured hair which had to be mentioned to them for recolour. Be careful about what you ask for

Received a great haircut and beard trim from Babu at the Indranagar branch. Totally worth a visit if you’re in town !

Subject: Complaint Regarding Loyalty Points and Discriminatory Treatment Dear Bodycraft Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the services and treatment I received at your Indiranagar branch for some years .Despite my loyalty and regular visits over these years, I have faced several issues that need immediate attention. Firstly, I have been consistently denied the opportunity to redeem my loyalty points. Each time I inquired about my points, I was told that I had none available. This is highly questionable, considering my frequent visits and substantial payments for services. Secondly, I have noticed a disturbing pattern of differential treatment based on appearance and attire. As a medical student often coming directly from the hospital, I would wear my regular salwar kameez. The staff's attitude towards me when I was dressed in ordinary attire was noticeably different and less welcoming compared to their treatment of other customers.Such behavior reflects poorly on Bodycraft's values and customer service standards. Customers should be judged based on their loyalty and the money they spend, not their attire or appearance. Anyways I donot want anything from Bodycraft now but I wanted to share this definitely. Kindly don’t send me any messages regarding promo offers etc henceforth. Done with it forever. Thanking you, Dr .S.Banerjee

Hema did a naming job for my hair spa. Haven’t come across anyone like her until now in body craft. Have been visiting this place from the last 8 years!
