Exceptional company and VERY fun day out on the water Took a few boats out pre lunch at the Mitre for my best friends hen party and had an absolute blast! It was so much fun, perfect way to kick start the festivities, on the river, a glass of Prosecco in hand (it’s byob) under the summer sun… Tom and the Team were brilliant, so helpful, good natured and accommodating. I can’t recommended this as an activity for a special occasion or just a fun afternoon out on the water. 10 out of 10!!! Thanks again for having us and I already look forward to the next. Lily x

OUTSTANDING Private Vintage Boat trip from Hampton Court Oh my goodness — where do I start? We hired EM, a truly unique & very beautiful Vintage Boat,from Tom at Harts Boats & Boards near Hampton Court Palace The boat is stunning and we were so lucky as it had been decorated with flowers for a wedding earlier in the day which was perfect for our Ladies Hen Day We boarded EM at The Mitre, Hampton Court (the most wonderful location in itself) where we’d enjoyed a fabulous Afternoon Tea with fizz beforehand Tom, the fabulous Skipper was such a welcoming, friendly, informative, professional - and all round fun guy (even if he did decline the additional requested role of Stripper! :) If you’re looking for a really lovely way to celebrate your special event, - you really won’t beat this experience! If we could give it more than 10/10 we would - everything about it was absolutely perfect ! We would highly recommend a trip on EM, (her capacity is 12 and the seating area with table for drinks or food is ideal and feels so special! We also saw many other smaller (very new looking) boats from Harts - which also looked great fun! Thank you so much to Tom and his team for a truly memorable afternoon

Prompted review. More than happy to give feedback and write a review but i do feel it’s a bit unnecessary to be prompted by staff members and receive a hot drink or f your choice return for your time. I think the member of staff that severed us must be quite new as the server explained the pressure to prompt reviews. I totally understand it’s important and gives an over view on your experience as it helps the business and brings in custom but being prompted and putting staff under pressure is a bit unkind.

Most amazing day! Fantastic service and amazing day. We hired the lady em boat for couple of hours for a birthday celebration and it was brilliant the skipper Tom was really good and made our day special. The boat was amazing and such fun. Highly recommend

Great addition to a celebration! Was part of a wedding party and we transferred all the guests from the service to the reception on the water with these guys. It was great fun for those in smaller boats and a relaxing and enjoyable time for those on the larger one. Staff could not be more professional, friendly, or helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Wedding Party We had an amazing experience at our friend’s beautiful wedding. Tom and his team were extremely helpful and gave great instructions to our somewhat reluctant Captain, we had an absolute blast! We arrived at the reception venue in top class style!! Would definitely do that again.

Perfect, magical wedding! I'd leave 10 stars if I could, my wife and I hired several boats for our wedding and it was the best decision we've ever made! Our guests are still all talking about how beautiful and fun the trip was, and especially how welcoming and happy the superb staff were. We were encouraged by them to decorate the boats with our own choice of balloons and flowers, fill them with food and champagne and just enjoy ourselves, which we absolutely did. They were so helpful getting the younger and older guests aboard and comfortable on the beautiful wooden antique boat Em, and Tom was especially fun and informative about her features and history as he captained her for them. Meanwhile the rest of our guests were handed control the small white 'Scoop' boats to have fun in a convoy of music and partying! The whole group had so much fun and laughter we didn't want it to end and could have enjoyed it the whole day and long into the evening! Their prices and service make this one not to miss and we wish we could do it all again. They made our day and we can't recommend them enough. Special mentions for Tom and Elliot, but really everybody went out of their way to make sure we were safe and very well looked after. Absolutely perfect!
