We had problems with our Ramset gate opener for months. Sometimes it would open, sometimes not. We had to push down the lever to manually open it but then the lever broke. Called the guy who installed the gate opener. We've known him for a while. Fixed it that day but would not open again the next day. Naïve or stupid and/or unsuspecting as we were, we called the guy several times, fixed it, paid him just to have the gate stopped working again. I was mad at myself and thought 'enough is enough'. Googled YELP and looked over the Gate Repair companies. Read the reviews with 5 stars ratings. Came across BNS Garage Door and Repair Service. It was a Saturday when I called and Stav, the owner, answered the phone right away. Told him our gate issue and said that he'll come the following day which was a Sunday. Turned out his office is closed on Saturdays. Could not believe that he answered my call even if they're closed! Unbelievable! The following day, Sunday, Stav came to the house at the agreed time. Examined and tested our gate. He did some adjustments on the motor and replaced the receiver with a digital one. The old receiver was not working. Could not get the signal from our remote. Fixed also the distance the gate could go so it won't bang the post when it closes. Tested the gate several times. So far the gate opener is working fine. Thanks Stav!

Stav was very helpful and was able to diagnose and repair my binding and broken garage door and get it working smoothly in no time. Even if I had wanted to try to manhandle the garage door springs, which I didn’t, I wouldn’t have known where to look to find the underlying issue.

Our gate wasn't working and Gidi from BNS came and fixed the problem. After having had a previous company offer a diagnostic earlier in the day and being told one of the arms was broken and needed to be replaced, Gidi replaced the batteries, adjusted the sensors and the problem was fixed. Highly recommended!

My garage door wasn’t opening after these heavy rains and i couldn’t park my car inside. Stav was very helpful on the phone and helped to try and troubleshoot it on the phone free of charge. We couldn’t get it working and he came out within two hours and got my gate working within 20 minutes. Happy to have landed on such a great company.

My opener would not work. Stav explained the options including ways to spend less. He was clearly knowledgeable, confident and helpful. He was extremely flexible allowing me to push the the install day back a day at the last minute. He installed my new LiftMaster very quickly, set up the remote - including for my other opener, and walked me through the WiFi set up so when he left I was 100% finished. I highly recommend him.
