I've been here multiple times and it never disappoints. Wide selection of bird's nest desserts and other sweet treats all fresh and nicely balanced, not too sweet. Portions are very generous for the price. The space is cozy and clean, with a relaxed vibe that's perfect for catching up with friends. Staff are warm and friendly without being pushy. A solid go to spot in Singapore highly recommend!
Stop by for dessert. Ordered the glass jelly red beans and taro. Lovely presentation. Comes with a birdnest capsule, interesting. Dessert is refreshing and not too sweet. A cosy corner with some seats to enjoy in peace. The staff are friendly and thoughtful, even offering me warm water if I need. Recommended if you need something light and refreshing after shopping. Thumbs up👍🏾
Terrible customer service. The three of us entered because two small tables were available. After we had ordered and started eating, an employee told us to vacate one table and squeeze around a single cramped table so they could seat new customers. It seems they stop caring about paying customers the moment the order has been placed and instead focus on squeezing in more people for extra profit. We would never have entered if only one table had been available. Rude and completely unacceptable.

Our store has very limited seating, especially during busy periods. As the small tables are designed to accommodate two guests each, our staff may sometimes ask a group of three to use one table so that other customers can also be seated. However, we understand that this should have been clearly explained before you placed your order, rather than after you had already started eating.
Please be assured that the request was not made because we stopped caring after receiving your order or simply wanted to maximise profit. We try our best to manage the limited space fairly for everyone, but we acknowledge that the situation could have been handled more politely and thoughtfully.
We have spoken to our team and will improve how we communicate seating arrangements with customers in the future. We are truly sorry for the unpleasant experience.

Tried their bubble milk tea and Chinese desserts with bird’s nest recently. The bird’s nest portion isn’t a lot, but you can tell it’s freshly cooked it’s quite nice .
What stood out was the service. The staff patiently explained their bird’s nest products and shared the story behind the brand. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and no hard selling at all.
Really enjoyed the experience and the quality of the ingredients. Will definitely be back to try more of their desserts, especially the freshly stewed bird’s nest next time. Highly recommended!
Ordered Gingko Barley Bean Curd with $4.80. I expected the food Is in high quality at this place and different from hawker center.
However, it is not delicious,watery and so usual that I could get from anywhere but price is less then half of they charged.
The small cube of bird nest is tasteless like water.
Is not worth for $4.80 at all!!!!
Seriously I don't mind paying more expensive but must be worth it.
This is my first time and last time visiting.
However, the place is nice and staff service is good.

After the new menu revamp, only the shredded parts of the birds nest is used which explains the reduction in menu price of 50%. Tea is also barely as good as itea
