Found online for Footwell Module Repair (FRM3), called them up and had everything sorted the same day. 20 min wait inside their facilities which is kept very clean and welcoming. I removed the module from my car and refitted only because I live too far away to bring my car in safely. Works perfectly now. Highly recommend.

SOS Telematics battery sorted. I had an issue with the SOS telephone warning being displayed on the dashboard, BMW main dealer quoted an extortionate fee to sort the issue which involved replacing the SOS battery that is situated above the headlining. I did some research on line and come across Grosvenor Motor Company who were offering to sort the issue for less than half the price, it meant a 260 mile around trip but I decided to give it a try. While I was there I also had my brake fluid replaced as this was overdue. The issue was promptly sorted and I was very happy with the friendly attitude of the staff and was kept informed as when i could pick my car up. i would recommend Grosvenor Motor Company and will definitely be using them agai. I had an issue with a brake light and they truly saved me! Allowed me to quickly pop in and they fixed it within 10 minutes. Lovely team and incredibly helpful.

Thank you Grosvenor! I had a reboot software issue with my head unit on my BMW 320d 2013 and they re-flashed the software resolving the issue while maintaining my IDrive service history, other quotes or options online were in excess of £800-£1200 for replacing the head unit completely however Grosvenor complete this specialised service at a seemingly fixed price of £130 - reasonable!! Very professional garage, well kept, even cleaned my car while they had it in included in my price. All very happy to help. Would recommend. By the looks of it they do all sorts of software coding as well as mechanical repairs and servicing. Very knowledgable bunch.

I used them few days ago to get my F20 Full serviced and MOT, I can tell from the experience that they do fantastic job and service to their customers as they’re transparent on what they do and if they found out something wrong with your car. They offer to fix it for you with a great price and with lots of consideration. Would defo recommend this garage to get your BMW sorted ✔️

Just got my 2013 BMW X5 back from Grosvenor after they replaced the timing chain and transfer box. Excellent service from Barry and the teams. The job was more involved and took longer than anticipated and yet they honoured their original quote. They kept me updated and took time to explain everything. There were a few issues but they were very quickly rectified and I was given a courtesy car. I can’t recommend Grosvenor enough, if you have a BMW, these are the people to care for it.

Surly service, especially from Barry. Didn't fix any of the faults it went in for, despite being charged the best part of £1k, then had to take it to a little family run garage to get it looked at too. Save your money and avoid disappointment by going somewhere else.

Absolutely top service. My infotainment system in my BMW 330d started playing up, it was rebooting every five minutes or so. This was very annoying and made the sat nav unusable. I booked it into my local BMW twice on both occasions they were unable to resolve the issue and wanted to investigate and were quoting four to five hours labour just to identify the fault. In desperation I turned to google and found Grosvenor. I called them and they recommended re-reinstalling the software and this often resolves the issue. I booked it in and the work was carried out as agreed. However they were not sure this had cured the issue and they refused to charge me. A week on the fault has not returned so I called Grosvenor yesterday to offer payment but they refused. I cant thank Grosvenor enough fantastic service, extremely knowledgeable would thoroughly recommend Grosvenor.

I took my BMW 4 Series to Grosvenor Motor Company in order to have Apple CarPlay retrofitted. I am well over an hour from there, but couldn't find anywhere more local with good reviews. I emailed them to ask for details and confirm it could be done on my car. Once confirmed, a quick phone call booked it in. As I needed to work that day, I dropped at 8am - an easy process - and then walked the 15 minutes into Reading centre where I used a collaboration space (The Curious Lounge) for the day while the car was being done. It took about half a day to get the phone call to say the car was done. I collected it late afternoon and again it was quick and easy - everyone polite and friendly. The installation was neat and tidy and it brings the infotainment up to date nicely. Highly recommend them if you are looking for this service on your BMW.

Auto technology company that can't organise a booking system with time slots? Even BMW Stealers can manage that. Pick up after Apple Carplay installed had no demo other than "we've deleted your BT phone connections and instructions on what to do now are on the bottom of your invoice" On the plus side, the installation works fine and the car was given a good valeting which was a nice surprise.

I took my wife’s BMW i3 from Kent to Reading in order for Grosvenor BMW to retrofit Apple CarPlay. I’d looked at online videos of people carrying out the work themselves using equipment that cost almost £300 and didn’t fancy dismantling the car myself when Grosvenor BMW will do it far more professionally and, indeed, more cheaply! I dropped it off in the morning, had breakfast nearby and then a stroll around the town centre before I was told the car was ready. Having CarPlay is a real benefit for an EV, making navigating to charge points and checking their availability painless - and now thanks to Grosvenor BMW, that added functionality has made a fun little runabout so much better. If you want CarPlay for your i3, don’t do it yourself - get Grosvenor BMW to do it for you. Well worth the 200 mile round trip.

Very happy with the service. The staff are so professional and fixed the issue I had without a glitch. The prices are very reasonable and they have plenty of courtesy cars so I wasn't without a vehicle. Will definitely be using them in future
