Wow! What a team.! I found this company through Google search. Ashley at Reception booked my car in quite quickly and Barry diagnosed the issue.
Getting hold of the required part was an issue with BMW but once the part was obtained, Ashley fitted me into his tight schedule and resolved the problem. Whilst they had my car they also sorted out another couple of issues at a very reasonable price. Very gratefull to them for their assistance. Will definitely be comming back here despite it being a bit of a journey from home.

10/10 service from Grosvenor Garage! The customer service was absolutely lovely, and the work was very professional from start to finish.
The guys at the desk were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, and while carrying out the service, the mechanic discovered another issue with my car. They called me straight away, explained the problem, and gave me an estimated price for the repair before doing any additional work.
They managed to fix everything on the same day, which was fantastic. They also have a comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi, which made the wait much easier.
Really impressed with the whole experience, from the friendly staff and great communication to the quality of the work. Highly recommended! 10/10. 👌
Grosvenor were the only place I could find who could fix an annoying fault with the computer on my Mini without replacing the whole unit for a lot of notes! They managed to find the fault inside the unit and fix it. Job done. Great service, really helpful staff, going the extra mile to sort the pro and save me money. Many thanks.

Grosvenor is a customer focussed business which I highly recommend after several interactions over the last couple of years. They treat your vehicle with respect, charge a reasonable rate and will only carry out work that is necessary. Booked a service with Grosvenor dropped it off early left the keys with Barry, explained it had an advisory at mot and a few other problems he said no problem and the team would look and contact me later .
They called me about half an hour later to advise some of the work which needed doing and cost .
later in the day received a video health check explaining other work that was required.
They called to advise ,and talk through the work required and the price ,which was more than generous again thank you
The work was finished by the end of the day to a very high standard.
Car now drives very well indeed
I cannot thank them enough.

The team at Grosvenor have been extremely helpful since I started my BMW journey. After buying one secondhand several months earlier and having some issues, they have worked on it on several occasions to ensure the car was at its best.
The staff are always friendly, helpful and willing to explain clearly any issues with your car. After being recommended Grosvenor by a friend, I too can now recommend them to anyone!

Think it was about time I left these guys an outstanding appraisal. 1st, had the mot done a year back. They (Barry) called to let me know the progress and what needed to be done. Was a very helpful guy. Excellent communication.
2nd, A fault with the car. Unsure what the problem was, I did use a local guy to begin with, but he was just randomly diagnosing what it could be and charging for work that didn't need doing. Anyway, gave Grovesnor a call, booked it in for a check up. Within a couple of hours, problem was diagnosed and we (Alex) talked about solving the problem.
A big shout out to these guys. Have seriously helped me out over several problems.

I recently had my BMW serviced by Grosvenor BMW and was genuinely impressed with the whole experience.
From the moment I dropped the car off, the customer service was outstanding. They kept me informed throughout and took the time to explain clearly what work had been carried out and why it was needed. Nothing felt rushed or unclear.
What I particularly appreciated was the honesty. They recommended the work that needed doing but also pointed out other items that would eventually need attention, explaining that they could safely wait a little longer. That gave me real confidence that they were looking after my interests rather than simply looking for extra work.
The quality of the service was excellent and, based on my experience, better than the service I’ve received from BMW dealers I’ve used in the past. The prices were competitive too, making the overall experience even better.

I initially had some doubts about going here, but was very pleasantly surprised. Very professional and experienced, with a genuine effort to explain the condition of my car and what needs attention.
Special shout-out to Barry, who went the extra mile by putting the car on the lift and showing me exactly what needed attention immediately, in the short term and longer term.
