Please please don’t buy Suzuki access 125 from roonwal motors ltd, exactly BMR automotive Moolakadai, have faced starting trouble within the 6 month from the date of purchase, I approached them for the rectification my problem they are totally misbehaving after 2 times only they have changed it , now I am facing same problem exactly 1year 7 month old vehicle, I don’t want to take it with them again. Guys, Never ever go to this service center which is located in Moolakadai. Waste of Mony, bike , your time, Mind upset, and getting Bp high and heavy pressure must you need to go to hospital. Customer service : The world worst customer response & service. Staff : No.1 worst staff habit to Handle customers and their doubts/clarifications. Mechanic : After service and for its bill payment, your heart will broke, because they will charge many items like gerneral service change, periodic check, parts fitting charge etc... but they will not check even your indicators working fine or not. Bill breakup: they will put all kind of charges but releality you will not find any think. Example : for me they called many time to discuss about repair items and asked what are the cahrges for it. but, never told they will additionalyy charege apart from gerneral service charge. General serice charge -500 rs ( don't know wht they do- simply wash i think, even they will not find indicators working or not) Batttery - 100 rs. for to make charge of my battery,- i just asked you charged 100rs, they said to charge your battery. and i told my battery is fresh and working fine why it need charge beacuse while engine ON it will automatically get charged, they said. it is their general practice to put battery in charge even it dons need.)

Service section is so bad that they least bother to recognise the complaint and resolve the matter, in the end they need money and dnt solve the problem

Such A Worst Service I never seen anywhere in My Life. Kindly don't Prey in their hands. Such a Fraud Service Vendor cheating lot of Customers. I humbly request all of them to avoid these service Provider.

I had very bad experience with My Suzuki burgman 125 street with service centre, BMR Suzuki showroom Erukancherry. They charge huge prices but they didn't work properly.I have received Message at 1:45pm that was your vehicle is ready for delivery . and they provide oru query number but i tried to call that number that indicates switch off . i have tried multiple times but no response and i was searched in Google and got BMR office landline number and tryed that landline also ringing but no response. So I directly gone to showroom through public transport my vehicle is parked outside the service centre they didn't completed water wash as well but i got message vehicle is ready to delevery. I asked to staff they gave a silly reasons like that delivery message is automated. after that they had completed water wash one staff gave my scooter for delivery but vehicle is not cleaned properly. i noticed and asked immediately for that improper work. they provide a silly things to me and again they drove my scooter into service centre and again done cleaning works. They don't have a proper leader to teach good things and they didnt intrested how to deliver the proper work experience to the customers. Worst showroom management.

Such worst cheaters I had completed my first service they collected amount for engine oil change but they not done they asked me to come for second service on 3000km and I had drive overall 1700 only and that to i drive 700 only after 1sy service for past 1 week it showing oil symbol they said that they have to rest but I had doutand check engine oil then I found level was low and they never changed in first service such a poor behaviour
