This companies practices are ridiculous. I called to access my account, and request a service. When A representative answered he requested my account #, I let him know I had to look it up, and asked if there was something else I could provide to verify my account. He said my social, which I provided. After I give him my social, he tells me he can't assist me because I didn't provide my account number. So I've banked for a while like most of us, I know that's very unlikely but by this time I had pulled up my account # and offered it to him, and he refused to assist me. I requested to speak to a supervisor, he refused, I requested his name and I'd # or location so that I could provide this info when I complain to a supervisor, he refused! By this time, I'm feeling like I'm in a fraudulent situation calling my bank, because he took my *** and refused to assist me or allow me to speak to a supervisor. How do I know you aren't taking my information and not logging the call. After I ran down the list of suspect behavior on his behalf, he finally gave me his name, and flippantly said he was in **************, which based on his conduct I don't even know if I should believe! I called back, to speak to someone with common sense, and he flagged my whole account so that I can't speak to anyone and have to go into a beach to access my account. The person I spoke to after him was very apologetic, and understood what my frustration was and confirmed the unusual behavior, but at this point they couldn't do anything because of whatever he did with my account. I will be closing my account as soon as I walk into that bank on Monday, oh and if course it's the weekend! Days without access to my account or funds. ****************...no thank you! . Do not use this bank, run!

While visiting my mom in **** home, I realize I am without my *********** fuel is low. I ****** the closest *** branch. I go there & request money from one of the 5 accounts I have (& have had for over 14 yrs) with them. I have been without my ID other times in this scenario & never refused a withdrawal. They just do their due diligence behind the counter & verify my identity. And i make the withdrawal. This manager came & would not budge. I would have come back to that branch to close all of my accounts, if it wouldn't have been tedious, as 2 of those were business accounts. I personally believe it was the city in which this happened, **** IN. A wide brush stroke of profiling.

My loan amount is on the app. My payoff amount is $850 more. After spending almost almost 30 minutes and the service *** lies (late payments, never happened!, etc) I hung up. Our original loan was sold to ***. We feel like we were ripped off! The amount we owe is the amount we owe!!

They're a joke you make extra payment on a loan and then only get credited $300 instead of the thousand that you paid and then they try to say that it's because of late fees I've never been late on my loan and they can't tell me when it was late. Well never do business with him again

*** steals your money and locks your account. "Phone support" is an oxymoron, as they put you on eternal hold then disconnect. They tell you they're releasing their mystery hold, then hang up abruptly, then nothing changes.

********** ever! No communication and customer service is the worst ever. I was on hold for 45 minutes, and the agent was not fluent in English, which made it hard to resolve my issue. Finally, I had to ask for a resolution to help. I paid off the loan after the first payment and was charged a late fee on the first payment for being one day past the grace ******* I had no communication from the bank regarding the account number, address, etc. I had to track it down myself. Never again!

We obtained a loan and had them make bimonthly transfers from our other bank to apply to the loan. It was paid off early, and upon paying it off, we were assured no further transfers from our other bank would occur. However, the transfers did continue and our loan has been completely satisfied and now sits at a growing negative balance. When they were contacted, we were sent from one person to the next to the next, before being told there's nothing they can do, but the wrongly collected funds will be returned to us eventually. We believe this is unacceptable. They charged our other bank for an online transfer they shouldn't have, so I believe they should be able to return the money online with a simple reversal. It shouldn't take weeks to get our money back that they shouldn't have taken in the first place.

I have already made more than $6,000 in direct deposits within 60 days (the requirement was $4,000 in 90 days), but I still haven't received my bonus. I already called, spoke with three people, and even with the General Manager, but no one can help me. They opened cases for investigation, but I have not received any response yet. ********* you are LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!! When responding to my review, please avoid using standard replies like 'Call this number, and we will help you! I have already called multiple times, spoken to several representatives, including the General Manager, and still haven't received any assistance. I need a concrete resolution, not another generic response.

This bank is a joke, a teller made a $30,000 error on my account and it took a week and a half, 4 phone calls and a trip to my local branch just to find out what happened. Unfortunately they could not correct the issue on their part so I had to do the leg work and get a check issued(was originally a direct deposit, but due to the teller disputing the transaction they could not direct deposit again) I finally got the check, but of course there is a hold of 7-10 days on a large amount, so I'm still unable to pay bills, do any holiday shopping etc. No one ever calls back when they say they will, so I'm chasing people constantly and taking 1-2 hours away from work almost daily trying to resolve this. I was told all overdraft charges would be refunded, that is the very LEAST they could do. I'm running away as fast as I can as soon as I get this account straightened out.

******** is to be avoided. A purchase of a CD purchased in August 2024 is still not on the December monthly statement. An employee of the local ******** said that it would be on the statement when the quarterly interest was recorded. The August CD purchase is NOT on the December statement. ******** is not a reliable bank. If possible, I would rate it with minus stars.

I had my vehicle Repossessed at 12 pm on Friday. I immediately called *** CSR who spoke broken English made me verify my identity and then told me they could not discuss my account I was told to go to a Bank Location to verify myself. I went in and they verified who me and said that I had to call the Repo number who transferred me and couldn't give me info on my vehicle. the Lady in the *** office she called and we spoke to another *** Repo Agent and I PAID OFF my (3.5K because they said I was 3 months behind because when i made a double payment they put it as 1 payment my payment was due on 7th they towed it on the 6th ) vehicle in which they then told me that they couldn't give me my vehicle until I paid the Tow Bill which was $595 and they couldn't give me the location or number until I had paid the Tow fee. This was all done prior to 3:15p They didn't tell me until 5p the city to where my vehicle was and that the location *************** closed at 4pm. So then Monday I call to where my vehicle was to be they then tell me I have to pay an additional $300 for storage and Tow and because they are busy I have to have an appointment to pick up my vehicle which they made the appointment for the next day at Tuesday. This company and the ************ company work together to make You pay the highest amount possible for them. On Top of all of this the *********** hours are 10am to 4pm M-F so they make their money by Repossessing on a Friday and not processing information for 2-3 business days and NO They were not Busy and *** needs to train their employees on how to take payments, knowledgeable of making payment plans and (Yes they sent me a notification in September and I made a payment of what they sent after speaking with a Rep) ***** 5 YRS Of making payments and 3mo left to pay off my vehicle I am beyond using your company in which at the last minute The Dealership had switched my Loan from the company who had already had me set up to *** NEVER AGAIN! SCAMMERS!!

I have been a member of *** for over 20+ years, with recent customer service interactions I will be pulling my accounts. My husband is deployed and serving his 2nd tour for his country. Recently, I requested the service relief act with our financial intuitions and all but *** went above and beyond the ask. Their communication and act of support reflects they are not supportive of military members and their families. I understand the red tape but your competition shows they can remove barriers, BMO you do not.

I made a payment to my wife's account using bill pay and I haven't been **** to access my account since they "locked" it due to fraud prevention. I called and went into the branch many times and they originally said 3-7 business days for this "lock" to get "unlocked" today was 8th business day and I went into this branch and now they are telling me ***** business days. I can't even go into my own account to look up my balances. I can't even cancel the bill payment nor I can deposit any checks into my OWN account. I am telling them that was me that scheduled the bill payment but I am not sure why it would take them this long? *** is just SLOW at taking care of business. I am ready to switch banks after this whole BS. I am telling them its not "fraud" yet they have my account locked where I can't even look up what payments have gone out via auto pay and can't even log in. I can see them putting a hold on the bill payment but my whole account is a JOKE.

******** is a nightmare of an institution so do not do business with them! I made the mistake of opening a credit card with them. The first month I called in to make a payment and the incompetent agent processed it for $400 instead of the amount I requested, $100. I had to call in again to ask for a refund and they did send the $300 but they posted this refund as A PURCHASE! I got the credit card because they offered a promotion of 12-months 0% interest to begin with. They have been charging me interest rate ON THEIR MISTAKE and now they refuse to credit my account for the interest charges. I've called 3 times; 2 agents hung up on me; one refused to transfer me to a supervisor and has had me on the phone for over 20 minutes. They are a trashy business and have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wouldn't be surprised if this is how they usually operate: make an overpayment on customer's accounts so that they end up paying the interest rates on what they post a supposed purchased.

On 11/19/2024 I tried to use the *** machine at the ******************************. I do not use an *** machine often. I insert my card and enter all the data and I get a message ERROR. OK maybe I did something wrong so I try again. And again I get an error. I try several times. Then I park and go in the branch The closest lady was didn't seem to be helping anyone and as I approached her she says Im not here - I cant help you". WHAT? So I go to the teller line. One teller - no other customers and I get "I'm doing drive up". This looks like a teller line and I'm, the only inline. Finally she sense I was getting PO'd and she tells me the ***s don't work. Now you wasted a lot of my time, treated like a piece of dirt. when all I needed was some information. I traveled to another *** branch and the **** worked just fine. Would it been so hard to put s sign on the *** saying it is OUT OF ORDER. Being that the banking industry is what it is today I begin the wonder how safe is my accounts are. I have been a long time customer with *** and now I find it hard to recommend their serves to anyone. The banking industry isn't like it used to be that's for sure. Maybe I should just stuff my mattress.

I am switching banks from *** to another bank because *** nicks my active account with an active account and when I need a bank statements immediately I am told I need to wait 48 hours to 96 hours and required to have four days of hotel, because I'm in the middle of buying and transferring. Ammo literally cost me $500-$1000 worth of hotel stays because they can't get their s*** fixed. Part is, I am told that I cannot get electronic confirmations and emails of my statements and only paper copies and that they can mail them in only. After trying to resolve this for a couple days I keep getting runaround and even told to go to the bank and nothing gets done as of today I'm transferring all funds to different bank accounts and requesting every friend and family to transfer from ***. How do you have a bank and you can't access bank statements. Because of the urgency, BMO is not in a rush to get any of my s*** done and was like well IT will get it done when IT gets it done and its not a clear guarantee. Well I guess me and my money no longer need a guarantee and *** investment or anything in that branch that's Canadian run in Canadian and its not American.

Worst bank ever , they lie to me when I return my truck because couldn't pay anymore, they said if I return the truck the loan was close, after they take the truck they lawsuit my company for the total amount even know they took the truck back to them !! So they steal the truck since I have to paid the full amount and not having the truck ??! Or how u call this ? anyway we getting a lawyer to deal with this but don't fall On this ****** they lie and play with you and your money stay away !!!! They rude as ** ! Unprofessional personal ! And the worst think you can do its trust on them ! please don't trust this people they fake and lie to get as much money they can !

The worst bank I had to give it a one star review because that's the only way to get passed that portion of the review, but I would've gave it a negative five star review. I recently received a settlement for a horrible injury at my job and got a money market account at BMO Harris bank in Kokomo, Indiana. The teller, Nathan Stevens, who assisted me said it would be better for the large sum I received. I just wanted a savings account. What he neglected to tell me was that they only allow you to move your own money size times a month, afterwards you receive a fifteen dollar transaction limit fee each time. I was charged forty-five times, maybe more because I couldn't check my account history online that far back. I contacted BMO solution/resolution center, which delegated everything to the branch I frequent and was told by the same man who convinced me to get this money market account, Nathan Stevens, he definitely would've told me about these fees and isn't going to refund me anything. It took three days and countless hours trying to resolve this issue and I am sure I lost over twelve hundred dollars dealing with this atrocious company. Please do not make the same mistake. I have told everyone I work with and know not to deal with BMO after this and I hope this gets to anyone thinking of banking with them.

The amount of times *** had issues with this company astounds me. *** had to get new cards because they cancel them on me. I've called ahead to tell them I'm going on a trip and they still put a hold on my card when I travel. They take random $3 amounts and I have to ask them where they came from before they stop. I just recently got a loan of $2000 from another company in order to do emergency repairs on my house after my hot water heater broke, they are holding the check for 2 weeks because I normally don't deposit checks and they suspected me of fraud. **************.
