Great stay! The place was quirky and fun. Chris was so detailed with all the information and instructions on our stay. The views were to die for! The sunsets alone just wow! About a 20-30 minute drive to everything you want whether it’s downtown Tampa or St Pete’s. Totally recommend ❤️

I think you’re just upset because I pointed out that you had been sent all the information about checkout and just ignored it when you said you didn’t know what to do. Saying I didn’t have good communication when you didn’t read my info or follow instructions is diabolical. Have a good one.

This stay was exactly like what I would expect it to be. Photos look exactly like the Airbnb. Host is very responsive. Such a great spot for a nice quick getaway with a lovely beach view. 10/10 would recommend to couples who are looking for something different and romantic yet fun and unique.

I wanted to start by saying THANK YOU! Chris was a wonderful host. He was very attentive, easy to communicate with, and caring. & the room made it seem like you transported to a whole different place! It was truly so cool. You can tell Chris put a lot of time and effort into this place. The view on the balcony was beautiful as well. I sat out there, drank my coffee, and watched dolphins swim by. It was wonderful. The pool and restaurant were great additions as well. Jessica was a wonderful bartender. I had the fish tacos and chicken quesadilla and both were very yummy! If you’re still not convinced, there is also beach access 1 mile away from the BNB and a barefoot bar. So, if you are traveling without a rental car, this place is perfect for you. This place is definitely a gem. I am so grateful this place was available on such short notice!

We came to Chris' condo for our first family trip and birthday celebration and what an experience it was! Chris outdid himself with the theme, transporting you to a tropical Tiki haven! The resort has a beautiful layout and staff is very friendly and informative. Five stars and we highly recommend!

We would absolutely come back to Chris’s Airbnb . My sister and I were in town for a concert at the benchmark and it was easy to get to from . The area is also very safe , clean , and beautiful. Definitely a memorable stay. After checkout we were still able to enjoy the amenities and had breakfast and drinks at the Bamboo bistro right on property.

I wish I could give 6 stars. The pictures don’t do the theme of the space justice. Host is incredibly responsive and accommodating, onsite staff are friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to return. If things available, book it!

This tiki delight do not disappoint! The vibes were on point, from top to bottom this place was a tiki museum. The gulf front patio was definitely an added bonus, we didn’t expect to see dolphins from our patio but we did. So fun! Seriously, can’t wait to return here.

Kondo Tiki was a unique and memorable experience that made a short weekend away feel like a real vacation. It was fun just to walk around the condo and admire all the intention and effort put into the decor. We brought our five year old and he loved the tiki umbrellas, but my husband and I both remarked that the place would have been wonderful for a romantic, childless getaway, too! Chris was very responsive and made the whole thing easy, and the apartment complex has good water views and a pool. Great access to everything Tampa has to offer, as well—we went to Fort Desoto Beach, Armature Works, and the Florida Aquarium with plenty of downtime on our short weekend stay. Definitely recommend Chris’s place if you’re visiting the Tampa area and want something extra fun!
