After some initial build challenges, Blue Haven stepped in and got things back on track. Julia Neville in their Warranty Dept has done an amazing job helping with some minor ongoing challenges involving pool remotes and the pool cleaner. Blue Haven has totally regained my confidence and helped reinforce the decision I made to have them build our pool. Have loved the pool from the beginning and Julia has made the installation experience much easier. Thank you!

Over the weekend, I noticed that (2) of my (3) pool lights weren’t working. I reached out to the Blue Haven warranty dept, just to see what my options were. Within mins, Julia reached out to me and said she would gladly help me out and scheduled them to be replaced the very next day! I was shocked. Today, the service technician, Derrick, came out to replace the lights. I asked if I could watch while he changed them, I love to learn how stuff works, and he said absolutely. As he changed the lights, he explained what he was doing and why. Great guy, and great service. It didn’t take him long to replace them and now, within 3 days of my lights going out, I’m back up and running. Thank you Julia and Derrick, for making this an easy process.

On my second pool with Blue Haven. Again, another pleasant experience. Jason Dyer was our Project Manager and he was very responsive to any questions we had. Pool was built to spec and it was done at about 8-9 weeks. It would have been faster but the weather didn't cooperate. Posted - 2018 - I am very happy with the pool build by blue haven. It is Thanksgiving and my daughter is swimming in it as I type. The pool took about 8 weeks from start to finish, but overall it was a very smooth process. Mainly I think it was smooth due to my project manager Nick Frazier. He was always easy to communicate with and helped us get exactly what we needed. Anyone in the panhandle looking to get a pool built, go no further than Blue Haven!

What an amazing experience with the Blue Haven Team. Initially we were apprehensive about being first time pool owners and Justin came through and delivered a stunning concept. Jeff N. was on point with the project and ensured he answered all of our questions and concerns. Jeff ensured the project hit the timeline and we were impressed with how fast it took to complete the job. Josh was very professional during our pool school and we were satisfied with the service. We want to thank the Blue Haven Team for making this project come to fruition.

We are so happy with our new pool from Blue Haven. From the first meeting with Justin we knew we were in the hands of a professional, caring company. Jeff N was a superb project manager. He kept us informed and listened to our concerns. He made the minor changes happen and kept the project on track. The different teams doing the actual construction work were all amazing. They worked between rainy days to keep us on schedule. One pair worked two twelve hour days in a row to keep us moving forward. I would highly recommend the Gulf Breeze / Santa Rosa County Blue Haven company for any pool construction.

We just our inground pool finished in 5 weeks by Blue Haven. Jeff did a great job of managing the work and teams he used to perform the work did an incredible job. more than just an ordinary install. We liked that Blue Haven's Pools made everything so easy for signing to the finished product.

This review is long overdue as it's been now 10 months since our pool was finished. My backyard is turning into the oasis we've always dreamed ever since we moved into our house 6 years ago. Blue Haven and it's team of professionals made that happen. From the beginning we researched and considered other builders but in the end always found that Blue Haven finished pools appealed to us more than their competitors so we went with what we liked. Justin pitched a perfect sales meeting and was very understanding of our hesitation in spending such a large amount of money. It took us months to pull the trigger and when the actual dig and build started we ran into several crazy roadblocks. Jeff our building superintendent managed crisis after crisis while keeping us at calm. Everything from a 7" in one day torrential downpour that set us back a couple weeks to a filtration leak check that blew up scaring the BeJesus out of the technician. In the end, we have a beautiful, easy to care for pool and the back yard we've been wanting. Big Kudos and Thank you to Jeff and his team! Pictures don't do it justice

Blue Haven was amazing in not only execution, but communication and timeline. Jeff N was great to work with and was very responsive. Would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. We love our pool!

I had a very positive experience with my new pool build through Blue Haven Pools. The “J” team plus Kimberly were great to work with. Justin the designer helped make my vision come alive, Jeff N the project supervisor ensured the work was completed correctly and timely, and Josh helped me understand how all the equipment worked. Also, Kimberly assisted me with my design options and picking the perfect colors for my materials. I am so incredibly happy with how my pool turned out! Dig day was May 6th and pool completed and filled June 5th. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in making their backyard their own personal paradise!

Project had hiccups along the way as with any construction project but overall our pool turned out amazing and we love it. Jeff B, our project manager, was very responsive to any of our concerns and work hard to resolve any issues we had. Great Job and thank you.

I called Blue Haven with very specific requests. Justin scheduled an appointment right away to sit down and draw exactly what we envisioned. We ended the exciting meeting with several images of our upcoming backyard. Shortly after we met at the Blue Haven office to pick out materials. Everyone made additional time for questions and always offered the ability to make changes. We were impressed before the process even started. But it didn’t stop there. Jeff the project manager and all of the construction crews were kind, conscientious, and quick. From the day they started to dig to the final touches every thing went smoothly. The best part….we had water in our pool in 35 days. I cannot thank them enough for having our pool ready before our son’s graduation party. We will be enjoying our pool for years to come!! A big thank you!

I wish I could give them more stars from this first time pool owner! This has been the most amazing experience with Blue Haven Pools! Justin designed just what I wanted. Kimberly, in the office, was so helpful with colors and details. Jeff N., the project manager, made it all happen and was there to check on the progress and answer my questions! Josh finished up with Pool school! Lots more questions answered. Their crews are fast and efficient and so skilled in what they do! Thank you all for my beautiful backyard transformation!!

We love our pool! The process was so quick and we are thrilled to have a place to cool off this summer with our family and friends. Justin did an awesome job designing our pool and gave us some great and practical recommendations as we’re first time pool owners. Jeff, our PM, was here nearly daily checking on our pool and took care of us whenever there were concerns. Overall, fantastic experience with Blue Haven!

Service is always quick and professional

We are very happy with the service and build quality we received from Blue Haven. Building a nice pool is a complex process, and Blue Haven handled everything seamlessly. Justin was a great designer and worked hard to make sure everything worked as expected for our property, even as we were evolving with some other construction. Jeff N was our project manager and was very good about handling any of the little issues that invariably arise with a project this big. We are very happy with the result, and the value we received from such an experienced company as Blue Haven.

We had a wonderful experience throughout our pool & spa build process with Justin (Design Consultant) and Jeff N. (Project Manager). Highly recommend!!! Our pool & spa are breathtaking. Justin (Design Consultant) met with us, prepared a great design to show us, and provided sound guidance for all of our questions and concerns. He recommended practical design suggestions (spa in the deep end v. the shallow end for kids who will inevitably want to jump off it, etc) that we would have never considered otherwise, which saved us headaches and disappointment. Jeff N. (Project Manager) came in and absolutely rocked it! I commented on dig day something to the effect of "wow, this is all on point and shaping up to go really well" and he responded something like "well you're working with the best." At first I thought he meant Blue Haven, but he definitely meant himself, Jeff N! And he wasn't lying! Don't be deterred by his no-nonsense, business-only aura. He is on top of it all and takes pride in delivering quality work. Jeff was proactive and communicative in the BuilderTrend app with any and all matters, knew his stuff, and routinely monitored and inspected the build site and sub-contractors! If you want the best, request Jeff N as your project manager! If we had anything we wanted addressed (slight caulking adjustments, overflow piping looking off to us, etc), we simply spoke directly to subcontractors on site or Jeff. We tried to discuss directly with subcontractors while they were on site if we saw anything off, and if unable to do so, then we elevated to Jeff. I think this helped with the flow and ensured subcontractors could work in peace but also not just whining to the project manager after subcontractors had already left for the day. Things were quick, on-the-spot adjustments that didn't require us to have high drama or complaints. Only downside was disorganization within the accounting department. I had to drive to the office to drop off a check since they never sent us an electronic invoice (despite me requesting how I would be able to pay; they had said electronic invoice would be emailed), and it still took a couple weeks for them to deposit it. Not a huge deal, but I like seamless billing processes and cleared funds. They had it straightened out by the final 2 or 3 bill payments. We loved our experience with Blue Haven and absolutely love our pool. Highly recommend to check them out if you're in the market to build a dream backyard oasis!

We had an issue with the actuator valve. I emailed the warranty department and they had it fixed in a few days. Fast and easy!
