They quickly designed our dream pool, coordinated every aspect of construction, and managed the crews with precision. In just two months, we went from brainstorming to swimming in our backyard paradise!
Hoyt went above and beyond—even coming on his days off—to walk us through the apps and equipment, making sure we felt confident and informed. The stonework team was meticulous, placing each piece with care to create a breathtaking waterfall and weeping wall that’s even more beautiful than we imagined.

Way over priced. After I left noticed no cash refund on receipt. Found a similar part for pool on Amazon for $30 less. Will not make that mistake again. Will never shop at Blue Haven Pools & Spas every again. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!! Check Amazon first!!!!

I have been doing business with Trinity Valley pools in Palestine for about 5 years. They have always been very professional and knowledgeable about pools. They have kept my pool crystal clear every year. Omar and Zander have been exceptionally helpful. Always greet me by name and extremely helpful. The organization and amount of supplies they have has been over the top, this last year. They always have what I need.

Went to have water tested at The Blue Haven/ Trinity pools in Palestine Texas at 5901 Tx-loop 256, and on the front checkout counter there is a sign stating it is $45.00 to test your pool water. The Bioguard website attached to this business states it is complimentary using the digital ALEX water testing system. I drove 35 miles to have it tested and purchase chemicals. The employee told me I have to be an existing customer to get my water tested for free. I explained I have purchased from them before in the past year, but I paid cash so I wasn’t in the system. They said sorry can’t help you any further, so I left.

Walked in today to have my pool water tested. Their website states it is complimentary. It is NOT. It is $45.00 to test your water. $45.00! I was completely shocked and when the employee was unfriendly and unprofessional I left.

I have used them for many years! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They always get me everything I need for my pool and never try to sell me unnecessary chemicals. I’ve used them for 10 years now. I’ve owned 2 different pools and if I move again they will definitely be building that one also. I am grateful too Rebecca Wilson, she is always so helpful with getting me my chemicals and directing me through each step! Paul and Rebecca have both always listened if I ever had any issues with my pool and worked with me many times to get it right where it needs to be. I strongly suggest blue haven pools and spas for any and all your pool needs.

Great service! We hired Trinity Pools to acid wash our pool. It turned out amazing. It went from looking horrible to looking new again. Super professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Gordon, normally our stores are well stocked. However, due to a GLOBAL pandemic for almost two years, an ARCTIC FREEZE and supply shortages, many industries are suffering the same shortages.
Whataburger has limited chicken items. Did you post negatively about them? Car dealer lots are empty, did you review them? Our company pays your community school taxes, local and state taxes and keeps the economy thriving in East Texas. Your attempt at negatively impacting us with a slighted review is unwelcome and completely unwarranted, considering the state of world today. Oh and you forgot to mention the item you did purchase was in stock. The part you needed is a part that has never been stocked by us in 33 years and never will be. Normally they are great. The reason I gave 3 stars this time was bcuz I had to call them back out to clean my pool after opening it. When they had left, the pool was cloudy so they might not have seen the dirt at the bottom. Another issue was I noticed no chlorine tabs were put in like they did last year. I don't know if I was charged for it or not. If not, no biggie, I'll put my own. They are nice and try to get to you quickly. I will use again.
