We were very satisfied with all overall pool project with Blue Haven. Our Project Manger , David Andrews was on top of every detail. He was available for us each step of the way. We would highly recommend Blue Haven for any pool project; especially with David as the project manager.

Blue Haven did an amazing job designing & building our new pool. We had a challenging landscape with sloping terrain, requiring additional retaining walls & steps, but the team responded well and delivered a well-crafted finished product. Jeff, our project manager, was very responsive and kept pressure on all subcontractors to complete the project in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Blue Haven for your next pool project.

Our design consultant listened and designed the perfect pool for us. Jeff our project manager was on top of every detail and kept us informed and updated every step of the way. We absolutely love our pool and we are so thankful we chose Bluehaven Pools.

We recently moved into a house that had a pool installed by Blue Haven in 2018. The pool is absolutely beautiful!! We ended up having to replace a few stones (this was at zero fault of Blue Haven, they broke due to accidents) and they were so helpful at helping find and supply the correct replacement stones and even gave us the stones at no cost! The customer service is absolutely top notch. I would highly recommend them as pool builders as they stand by their product.

Overall, we had a phenomenal experience with Blue Haven. David was our project manager and saw to it himself that things were done correctly from start to finish, even if it meant picking up a shovel himself to move some dirt. They transformed our previously unusable backyard into a wonderful playland for us and our children that we are using every day. I’m sure there are cheaper companies out there, but you get what you pay for and when it comes to a project like this you’re going to want to be in the hands of true professionals. I watched the Blue Haven craftsmanship come together and I would stand by it every day. Can’t recommend enough. If you’re on the fence just know you can trust these guys to get the job done right and give you and your family a backyard full of memories that you’ll love for years to come.

Landon is the best! Always willing to go the extra mile and make sure the customer is fully informed and happy. Doesn’t matter if it’s late on a Friday or years since he managed our pool build.

David and his team did a great job building and servicing our pool. I’d highly recommend Blue Haven pools. Well done !

Just WOW! Blue Haven Pools & Spas of CLT was truly a dream team to work with. Every single step of the way we worked with a true professional. Our project manager David was one of the easiest and ENJOYABLE to work with. He showed up to the site with a smile and positive attutude each time. He made this process an ease. Communication, updates, and his knowledge is unmatched. We could have chosen any company to handle our pool contract but we are so glad we put our faith in BHP. When the time comes to build a new pool, we will easily chose BHP again. Thank you BHP, David and Matthew! Matthew was our initial contact and he worked very hard to make our design vision come true. No matter how many changes we threw at him....he provided the visual! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The only thing I'm sorry about is that I can only give David Pigg and the entire Blue Have Pools team 5 STARS when they deserve more than 100. What a highly organized, attention to detail, friendly and extremely competent team. From the moment of concept (Thank you Natalie!) to selection of materials (Super stuff Michelle) to the layout with Dale & David, to the final grade out from the finishing crew, it has been one of the most enjoyable and FUN experiences. Best in class team for sure! Thank you!!

We chose Blue Haven Pools Charlotte to bring our backyard vision to life. Everyone from Clint (designer) to David Andrew (project manager) did a fantastic job. We had a challenging layout due to the 5ft gradual sloping of our backyard. The result was an outcome that was better than imagined. Any questions or concerns about the project was addressed by David and team.

We had a great experience with Garrett, our project manager, and Blue Haven Pool. Garrett was very professional throughout the process and handled everything professionally. He answered phone calls and emails promptly and addressed all concerns in a timely manner. I recommend Blue Haven Pools!

If we had it all to do again, we would go with another company. Issues at virtually every process step ranging from inconvenient/annoying to serious/unprofessional. It seems like others have had more positive experiences, maybe we are the anomaly or just slipped through the cracks.

Warda was absolutely great! I had an overdue inspection and she was able to solve that same day and stayed with me throughout the process.

I wanted to share an excellent customer experience I had working with Warda Shaikh at Blue Haven Pools & Spas in Charlotte. Our pool was completed about 2 years ago and it turned out great. We've loved having it as a place for our family to gather and spend time together. During the winter, some tile on our spillover had a small leak and when it froze the tile popped. I was able to work with Warda to schedule the tile replacement once the weather began to get warmer. The job was timely and was completed in a quality manner. Thank you Warda! We will enjoy our pool again this summer. It turned out great and I would recommend Blue Haven if you are thinking about enhancing your outdoor experience with a pool!

Prior to my pool adventure, I did a lot of research on companies, ranging from smaller businesses to larger ones. Blue Haven was by far the most responsive and personable, and I was excited to move forward with them. During the construction phase, everything went smoothly, and I was very pleased with how well it was managed. Fast forward over a year later, and I had to request some work on a settling patio, which is to be expected. However, after the work was completed, things unfortunately were worse compared to prior. I've had difficulty getting the patio back to an acceptable appearance. While the office did send someone to fix it, the person assigned didn’t regularly handle this type of work, which led to further frustration. I’ve also asked the office manager to contact me directly, but as of now, I still haven't heard back. We had an excellent experience at the start, but sadly, since the project was finished, the customer service has not lived up to the expectations set during construction.

Warda was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. She made sure our issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I really appreciated her clear communication and follow-up—excellent customer service!

David was a great project manager! Always answered questions we had and made sure the project stayed on track so could have our outdoor living space ready well in advance of my son’s birthday! We enjoy our back yard so much more now we find ourselves out there every weekend.
