It was great working with Nathalie and team at pool haven. It was a long progress but with communicate to the team about hiccups along the way, they overall had great response time. In addition the complimentary pool service for a few months came in handy during our busy travel season.

Blue Haven pools was a great experience. We had a small repair we needed performed...as new pool owners (and after a negative experience with another vendor), we were a bit nervous about having any work done on a step below the waterline. Landon came out and explained what would be done, patiently answered our questions, and convinced us that Blue Haven could deliver. And they did...Chandler showed up on time, performed the work, and everything went as planned with no drama. This is how things like this should go!

Blue haven pools in Charlotte, North Carolina is the best pool company in the Carolina’s! The build process was super fast and easy! We had some changes in project managers, but Blue Haven was able to build our pool and upgrade our backyard in 9 weeks start to finish.Thank you blue haven for upgrading my dream back yard!

Overall a very good experience. With any project there are hiccups, but David Andrews was very dedicated and making sure everything was good and that any issues were quickly corrected. He is always fast to respond And wants to do right by the customer. As a whole, the company was dedicated to the project and completed it quicker than I believe other companies would have done. I shopped around before making my decision to use Blue Haven, and would absolutely use them again. I recommend!

Blue Haven built us an in-ground gunnite pool with concrete pavers for the decking. They completed the project in early June, 2025. David Andrew was our project manager and we can't say enough good things about him. This is our first pool and we had a lot of questions. He was patient and knowledgeable and helped us through the process. Frankly, we wanted to wait a while before leaving a review to see how they responded to any follow-up items. And, wow! Landon is the GM and he is awesome, too! We compared Blue Haven with Anthony & Sylvan and could not be happier with our decision.

Contacted Landon @ Blue Haven about a leak in our jacuzzi and he came out the next day to check it out. He arranged for the repair and it was just finished - we are ready to go again! Thanks Blue Haven for being so efficient - great Customer Service! We are thinking of remodeling the pool and are definitely going with Blue Haven.

my parents had a pool completed a couple years ago. Matt was our PM and was awesome! I recently called the office for some tile repairs. Customer service was amazing. They were so quick to get someone scheduled and had someone come out same day. I’d recommend Blue Haven to everyone!
