If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am beyond happy with the results and the tireless professionalism of David, our project manager. We planned to have a detached garage built at the same time and the timing was going to be "perfect". Well, the pool is done and the garage hasn't been started, if that tells you anything about how good Blue Haven is. Blue Haven worked with us because some of the project was supposed to involve the garage (power from the garage, decking joining against the garage, etc.). I can't say enough good things. If you're thinking about going with Blue Haven, do yourself a favor. Stop researching and just do it. You won't regret it.

We researched several pool construction companies before selecting Blue Haven. We chose them because they were responsive in the initial stages and had fantastic reviews. However, our experience was a far cry from the rave Google reviews we saw. From A to Z, this project was a mess. They made numerous mistakes that cost our project time and money, and they turned my pool into a concrete dumpster to house dirty pipes for four months. I requested that they not use those pipes in the construction, as they have been sitting out in the elements for four months, and they used them anyway. They mis-measured several times and they ended up pouring the pool without the swim-up kitchen. Just mistake after mistake and excuses to match. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service we received and would absolutely not recommend Blue Haven to anyone.

This pool company did a work of art constructing the pool After my wife designed it, And give them the layout. See photos. We were able to negotiate a fair price for the construction of the pool and at every step of the way they were extremely professional and kept me in the loop. During the construction of the pool, they used construction management software to keep me up-to-date Photos and email notifications. The permitting process was very smooth. Our project manager was Dale, and If you’re going to work with this company, I would ask that he be part of your team.

Bluehaven has been taking care of us for a year now starting with the design and construction of our pool. We couldn’t be happier with our results. Plus they are always there to answer any questions in a heartbeat. Very professional great design ideas and wonderful people at the company from top to bottom.

We knew a pool renovation would be necessary so for a couple years we joined a pool site for ideas. We heard multiple horror stories about pool builders so when our pool completely quit, we were not excited about going through the pool build process. However, with BlueHaven, we did NOT experience a horror story. In fact, it was much smoother, quicker, and better than we had anticipated. The communication was delayed starting out due to our sales guy being sick. After initiating a contract, we were given a great construction manger (Matt) to kick us off then our project manager (Dale) took over and he was top notch so smooth sailing from there. He was on top of things and addressed all questions and concerns that came up over time as the pool was being built. We were terrified of the selection process as we don’t always agree on colors/styles, but the selection lady (Michelle) was patient and thorough in showing us all the options along with giving ideas. Through the process we had no major issues concerning Blue Haven. We had a couple minor hiccups with a contractor, but Dale quickly resolved them. Overall, we are very pleased with the process and our pool is better than we had even envisioned. We highly recommend BlueHaven and should we ever need another pool, BlueHaven will be our first call.

I absolutely LOVE my new pool! Big thanks to Nathalie, David, and team for executing my vision and walking me through the entire process. If you’re interested in an in-ground pool, I would definitely recommend Blue Haven. I would also recommend budgeting an additional $15k-$20k, depending on the size of your pool, in the event of the excavation crew hitting soft soil during Dig Day. I was one of the lucky ones who required the installation of caissons to support the weight of the pool. (Communication during this process was a little off, but ultimately I’m happy I went through with the project.) Shouts out to David for installing the deep end rope divider! If you can’t swim like me 🙂‍↔️, it’s a must have (my opinion) until you get the hang of it!

out of the gate, great. sales (clint) was straightforward and clear. very responsive and accommodating. they started fast and wrapped up sooner that i expected. they had a few hiccups however the entire office rally'd to get it handled and im swimming! thanks Blue Haven for making everything right.

We recently had a pool built by Blue Haven Pools. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. The entire staff was helpful but our project manager, Dale M, went above and beyond keeping us informed along the way. He was always patient with questions and responded quickly to texts. His dedication to communication was very much appreciated. Our pool build stayed on schedule and even finished a bit ahead of schedule in large part to Dale’s excellent coordination. I would highly recommend Blue Haven Pools.

This was my wife and I first major project of the summer for our back yard and like most big projects there were a few hiccups but Blue Haven and Garret Gwin (Project Manager) have been great. I recently had a pool built by Pool Heaven and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. David Andrew, the Project Manager, was super responsive and handled every issue that came up during construction. He kept me in the loop and even talked to my neighbors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Communication is so important in any construction project, and David nailed it. I was pretty nervous about building a pool because of all the horror stories I'd heard from friends and family, but Pool Heaven totally exceeded my expectations. They finished the job ahead of schedule, and since I stuck to my original plan, the price stayed the same. The only downside was the billing schedule from Pool Heaven. You end up paying at every milestone before the work starts, which I think could be more fair to the customer. But overall, the experience was great, and I'm hopeful the warranty period will be just as smooth as the building process. Thanks, Pool Heaven, for an awesome job!

Garrett has been a great on-site manager of our project. He has communicated well and has addressed matters within his control.

Matthew Hudspeth did a great job coordinating the project, crews that came were very efficient and super organized, cleaned everything just a very good experience, would highly recommend them.

They are such a bad pool company I have to put up a second negative review. Not only is the back retaining wall still falling ( I am trying to find someone to fix it but no one will touch it as it is soo poorly installed). They pulled up the coping so many times to fix it all the grout at the water line is damaged and missing. The last time they had somewhere here to fix the wall. The broke a giant piece of travertine off and just used mortar to put it back on and it has sharp edges. It is still missing all the muratic sand that was supposed to be put in Stay away. As I am on two years and still have all the issues from day one with nothing fixed

This company, and particularly Larry Izokovic and Dale Mansfield, are wonderful! They are extremely responsive and professional, and have designed a pool for us that fits all of our requests, and then some. We are very pleased with the construction of our pool and how it all came out. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!
