My experience with Blue Haven Pools was less than stellar. My pool project experienced significant delays, communication was inconsistent, insufficient on-site supervision from the project manager, slow scheduling between project phases, and on-site debris left by subcontractors. Blue Haven delivered a completed pool that meets functional expectations, but the project management, communication, extended time-line, lack of proactive updates resulted in a less- than-ideal customer experience. A satisfactory final product, but the process to get there was slower and more difficult than expected.

So far I’m very happy with Blue Haven pools. I wasn’t sure what I could actually install it my small yard, but Art developed a plan that ended up with a “spool”(pool and spa combo). All of the contractors they use were simply amazing. They worked in tight spaces and all of them were on schedule and cleaned things up behind the work. Building a custom pool is one of the biggest investments a homeowner can make, and after completing our project with Blue Haven, my wife Lily and I couldn’t be happier with the final result.
Everything started with Geoff, our designer. As first-time pool owners, we relied on his experience, and he took our ideas, refined the design, explained every recommendation, and created a pool that exceeded our expectations. He made the design process enjoyable and was always available to answer our questions.
Our project manager, Jason, was outstanding throughout construction. He kept us informed, answered our questions, checked on the progress regularly, and made sure we always felt taken care of.
I’d also like to recognize Star, who coordinated the many phases of construction. Scheduling excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical, shotcrete, concrete, plaster, inspections, and multiple crews is an enormous responsibility. After talking with many of the crews throughout the project, I realized just how busy Blue Haven is. In our brand-new neighborhood alone, there were about five Blue Haven pools under construction at the same time. Knowing everything that goes into coordinating projects of that scale gave me an even greater appreciation for the work Star does behind the scenes. She worked hard to keep everything moving and was always committed to helping us through each phase of the project.
A special thank you also goes to Jill in the finance department. Throughout the project, we stayed in regular contact regarding the payment schedule for each phase of construction. Jill was always friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She made what could have been a stressful part of the process simple and enjoyable.
I’d also like to thank Robert, the general manager, for personally checking in with my wife and me during the project. Having leadership that takes the time to connect with customers says a great deal about the company.
The craftsmanship from every crew was exceptional, especially Mike and his concrete crew. Their workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and I was so impressed with their work that I later hired Mike again to pour the concrete for my RV pad. That’s probably the highest compliment I can give.
After construction was complete, Richard handled our pool startup. He thoroughly explained the equipment, lighting, pump schedules, water features, and everything we needed to know as first-time pool owners. He even returned a few days later to follow up, make sure everything was running properly, and gave me his business card. When I later called him with a question, he answered right away and walked me through everything. That level of customer service after the project was complete really stood out.
Now that everything is finished, Lily and I love walking into our backyard every day. It honestly feels like our own private resort. The pool, lighting, concrete, and overall design came together beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier.
What impressed us most wasn’t just the finished pool—it was the people behind it. Geoff, Jason, Star, Jill, Robert, Mike, Richard, and every crew member took pride in their work, and it showed every step of the way.
Thank you, Blue Haven, for helping create a backyard our family will enjoy for many years to come. We truly appreciate everyone’s hard work, professionalism, and dedication. If we had to do it all over again, we’d make the same decision.

This was our second project with Blue Haven pools. We have referred multiple friends, families, and neighbors to the company who have also used them. The experience was different this time, although the final result still turned out beautiful. Pros: Beautiful pool, budget friendly, good options. Cons: I felt like I was pestering trying to communicate. I thought at the conclusion of the project that there would be a final walk through and clean up. There was quite the mess left behind and no final walk through to go over the project. I felt like some of the contractors they used weren’t the best. The plaster company got plaster all over the pool decking and tile, the cool decking hasn’t really held up in some areas, there are things on the slide and rocks that have already started to deteriorate (I understand they are natural, but it’s only been a month), the lines in the concrete aren’t straight, just a lot of little imperfections. We have had a lot of issues with the pool equipment not connecting to the app so we have to manually reset it outside most times. I’m not sure if that’s the App or the equipment. Jason and Richard were really great, and Geoff connected us with some good companies for other projects such as Sunshield for the patio covers and BBQ Bills for the outdoor kitchen. It was nice being able to communicate with Starr through text. It was a very large project, and overall, everything turned out fine.

We worked with Geoff Christoph at Blue Haven Pools in Las Vegas NV after buying our new home. Throughout the design process, Geoff was attentive, creative and thoughtful about our options. He provided guidance and was open to our needs and wants, helping us think through what would complement both our home and our site. Once construction started, the team that took over was top notch. They stayed on schedule, kept us informed and every single employee or subcontractor who came to our home was courteous, responsive to us and diligent in getting their work done. Geoff projected it would take about 90 days to complete our pool and that’s almost exactly what it took! Mellissa and Starr, who managed schedules were AMAZING! They kept us informed every step of the way, were always accessible to us and very professional throughout the process. Jason managed the construction process and Richard managed the go-live education process, both were easily accessible and efficient in getting things done. We experienced a challenge with our sheer descents a year after our pool was completed. One phone call to Geoff and within a quick window of time, they were replaced and now they’re perfect. We have consistently told everyone how impressed we are with Blue Haven and our pool-building experience. They may not have been the least expensive choice, but five stars are well-deserved.

Contracted thru Blue Haven to have our pool replastered which also included adding about 6" of tile around the inside perimeter.
Also replaced the flagstone around the perimeter. The pool was built in 1996 and this is the only major project that has been done since Blue Haven initially built this pool. This is why we chose the same company to do the replastering. The project was completed several weeks prior to the projected completion date. We are very satisfied with the job Blue Haven has done and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a new pool and/or upgrades. Starr the Project Coordinator was easily accessible by phone and text. She kept us well informed of the project schedule and answered all of our questions. Richard would always be available and inspecting the contractors work, resolving any issues that arose. After completion of the pool Richard started it back up and ensured all equipment was working properly and the pool water was correctly balanced. His skills in working with all the different subcontractors, in my opinion, is why this project was completed way ahead of schedule and with a stunning finished product. Blue Haven is also sending out a pool tech once a week for the next 8 weeks to add the appropriate chemicals to the water and ensure all is well. I think this is a nice touch and shows concern for customer satisfaction and overall pride of their business. r/s jrs Las Vegas.
