Horrible experience!!! I called to get an estimate in November of 2023 , Kale from Blue Haven came down to my property. Looked at everything. Took him about 2 months to send over a proposal which I signed and approved same day. Was told that the payment and scheduling department would reach out to me regarding payment. Well, they never called and when I kept calling no one every answered the phones I’ve sent multiple emails requesting and update and finally one day got a call from the manager by the name of Mr Chance, who said that my job is not approved due to being a commercial property and also said that his boss will reach out to me in about a day or so to possibly approve it Well, guess what. The boss never called I’m furious that when Mr. kale came to quote my job he did not mention anything about BHP not doing commercial pools, he just wasted 3 months of my time What a disgrace to run a company like this So unprofessional and unethical

Had a spa issue after construction, Julia and David were amazing with our warranty and had us resolved quickly and it is beautiful. Great Spa and Pool!!

We had a pool built in 2021 and started having pump and light issues last month. Joshua and Julia were both very professional and responsive in helping us. The pool is still under warranty and they made sure everything was fixed (which included new computer board) at no cost to us.

Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional staff. No one ever listens to the customer. Once you have signed the contract and paid the signing amount, the ball is in their court. Our project has been dragged out 4 months and there is still no resolution to our issues! Will never recommend them and never do business with them again. They did not even send the credit amount that was owed back to us. Very poor and painful experience..

Thank you for contacting us, so we could help fix the issues you were experiencing. Our warranty department looked into this to understand the equipment issues you were experiencing and how we could help you. We contacted the equipment manufacturer and asked their representative to join our technician when they visited your home. When our technician and the equipment representative visited your property on December 4, they were able to identify the issues with programming and automation for your pool and fixed those issues. Your pool is currently running, since that visit. Our pool is now 2 years old. Actual pool has had no issues. Electronics including keypad have required several follow ups and replacement parts. Now we are having more issues with electronics and can not get anyone from Blue Haven to return calls or emails. UPDATE: Blue Haven reached out by email and sent a service tech to inspect the electronics. Tech replaced the Hayward board and updated software. This did not correct the issue. Follow up visit determined that the salt cell was bad and technician replaced it. Issues have been resolved.

Blue Haven Pools & Spas built our fabulous pool two years ago. Mississippi temperatures allows us to enjoy our pool year-round. It's an extension of our home now. We gather around the pool with morning coffee and enjoy the tranquility of the water feature. We chose BlueHaven pools to install our inground pool due to the great reviews! Dig day began April 27th/28th, but prior to digging a layout is drawn in place of the pool. According to the 3D image and outline, the outline was smaller than expected. We actually needed 5 extra feet added on the outline to give us a nice size pool to the cost of $75,000! We was happy with the outline and Kale was very patient and acted fast on our request! Once the digging began, large pieces of concrete was found and Ryan, project manager gave us the bad news of an additional expense of $2000 for gravel (seems like a lot for gravel, but we trust our project manager-Ryan) to replace the concrete from a prior inground pool (previous homeowners busted up the pool and left the concrete at the bottom of the 12ft pool). Our pool is 5ft that we are installing…initially, we wanted the tile jets and fire bowl, but ended up sacrificing those items for the extra 5ft of width on the pool. We are in the 2nd week of the install and praying no other costs are necessary (fingers-crossed). We can’t wait until completion! Pictures and the end experience with BlueHaven (Madison MS) will be updated. A few of our neighbors are waiting for final results to move forward with BlueHaven installing their pool too! I had a ridiculously hard start with the prior project manager. The project started very quickly and then stalled out. After a few months of delays, I reached out to management and got a call from Dan within 20 mins. Dan has been so helpful in getting this project finished. He listened to me blast off about the terrible experience we have had. Dan took it to heart and has let us know everything that is going on minute by minute. He inherited a mess and has quickly resolved all of our issues. Also, can’t leave Kaylie out! She has been so patient and has done everything in her power to keep things lined up. Can’t wait for this to finally be finished!!!

From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The project manager communicated very well with us on each step of the process, what the next step would be and when another crew would come out. We were up to date every step of the way. Everyone that we came in contact with was great, but David Carlson with warranty is amazing!! Easy to get in touch with, very responsive, great teacher for pool school, very patient with a new pool user like me, and will quickly resolve whatever problem you are having with your pool! We love love love our pool and we recommend Blue Haven to everyone who asks!

Our pool was started in July and now it is almost January and our pool is not complete. Before signing off on the pool being “complete,” we had already noticed that our spa was leaking. We built a huge expensive pool with a spill over hot tub to now have a patch job through warranty repairs. The service was great until we had leaking issues then they told us that we only needed to contact through warranty. We had a local friend use the same company and tell us they were not pleased with the service but decided to give them a chance anyways. We would not make the same mistake if we had to do it again.

The pool was a slow start and is still yet to be completed however, Dan Horn stepped in as our new project manager and we are making great strides in seeing a completed project. Dan has been very responsive and has been diligent in keeping the project moving forward. I will post pictures and will give a final Blue Haven review upon completion of the job.
