Blue Haven Pools & Spas Reviews

Stephen Walls 2026.09.21

I had a great experience working with Stephen from Blue Haven while getting quotes for my pool. Their pricing was reasonable, communication was excellent, and their portfolio of completed pools was impressive. They were happy to accommodate the vinyl-over stairs and benches I wanted. I ultimately chose another builder, but Blue Haven made a strong impression and would be a company I’d recommend considering.

Stephen was fantastic and very responsive in helping design a custom pool. We have owned pools in the past at other homes but this was the first time designing one. He patiently answered all our questions to include warranty, maintenance, durability, and lifecycle costs. Stephen professionally laid out multiple options for size, shape, and accessories in a 3D model of our backyard so we could help visualize the final product.

Trent was so eager to meet our needs and so professional. We have met with other pool companies prior to meeting with Blue Haven and Trent just blew us out of the water with his whole presentation and his aim to please plus educate us on the different so many aspects of pool building.

Had a consult with Trent Campbell about the possibilities of getting a new pool and it went great. He did a great job of explaining the entire process and what to expect, as well as what would be the right fit for our property and budget.

Trent was excellent to work with. He was prompt in response to our request for a consultation. He arrived a few minutes before the time we agreed upon and was very attentive in listening to my wife and I about our vision for the pool area with great suggestions of things we could potentially add to the area. His knowledge and understanding of how to maximize our particular space was unparalleled.

We worked with Steven, and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly understand our concerns, priorities, and budget. After discussing what we wanted in a pool, he worked hard to find solutions that allowed us to get the features we wanted while staying within our price range. Steven was knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We highly recommend him!

My neighbors suggested we contact Trent at Blue Haven Pools because he went out of his way to make sure they got what they wanted at a reasonable price. I'm glad I made that call! Trent has lived up to my neighbor's high regard. I encourage anyone looking for a pool to at least contact Blue Haven Pools & Spas. We trusted the process and are thrilled with the results! I hope your dream pool can be as smooth.

Would like to begin by expressing my deepest gratitude to the Blue Haven team, management, and supporting staff for the first class, 10 star service we’ve received. Walking you through our journey in this new chapter begins with Trent Campbell who was able to orchestrate, facilitate and layout our dream design and make it come to fruition. Trent’s ability to guide us through the intricacies as first time pool builders was second to none. His confidence, experience and attention detail combined; made the process seamless. In every construction project the head of the spear is the project manager. A special shout out to Zach Smith who truly embodies the pillars of professionalism and success. I dare you to try to find someone that can break down the science of pool construction, operations and engineering better than him. A talented young man with unlimited potential who is responsive to any question you have, fully transparent with any concern you address and is always delivering phenomenal results every time!! Thanks again Blue Haven, Trent Campbell and Zach Smith for your continuous support and efforts. To any consumer thinking about building your dream pool, no need to shop around (guarantee you no other company will deliver and provide the service they will). Call Trent and ask for Zach as your project manager!!
