Blue Haven Pools & Spas Reviews

I've started this review multiple times and then erased it because I don't want people to think I'm being unreasonable. But here's the thing. People should know what they are getting into. If you are planning on spending a crazy amount of money on a custom "show pool" with all the bells and whistles for them to show off in their portfolio, AND have a year before you want to swim,then they are for you. If you are a family who wanted a no frills simple vinyl liner pool, and were told "6 to 8 weeks. 10 max...", go elsewhere. You will be put on the backburner.....repeatedly. We started this journey in March and once things got started (in May) 4 days total is all it has taken to excavate, frame walls, plumbing, backfill, pump and electrical. They also took our fence down, (which we knew was happening), but we didnt realize it would be down for months. We have been terrified about neighborhood kids or animals falling in with it being down so long. All we lack is concrete decking poured and liner. Concrete decking is framed, but not right from the plans drawn up. It is 2 ft past the corner of the house on one side and 2 ft inside the corner of the house on the other and at a 90 degree angle at corners (supposed to be rounded). Some people this might not bother, but aesthetically it looks awful. The quick work in the beginning shows they can do it. But here we sit in almost mid July, (4 months and counting), waiting and waiting and waiting to finish. No end in sight. (We were told first week of June, then by July 4th......)They've been here 3 times the last week and I'm not sure exactly what's been happening. No one tell you anything.We've been outside and nothing looks any different. Everytime I look outside they are sitting on my picnic table drinking water. Calls take forever to be returned and even then it's to blame someone else. It's never their fault. I'm in North Alabama, and there hasnt been rain here in months. We are in a drought, so weather can't be blamed. I'll update when this excruciatingly slow process is finished. Probably just in time to winterize it and swim next year.

My husband and I could not have asked for a better pool contractor! Blue Haven Pools exceeded our expectations tremendously! Trent Campbell has exceptional customer service and I am thoroughly enjoying working with him! Thank you Blue Haven! We are excited for our new pool.

We are in the process of getting bids for our pool and Trent, from the Madison office, has been the very best and exceptionally responsive to the numerous questions we have asked of him. If we choose to go with Blue Haven and the process through completion goes this smoothly, we will be very happy customers!!

The consultation with Tent was wonderful. He took his time, answered all of our questions, and made us very comfortable with our decisions. We can't wait to see the 3D rendering become a reality in our back yard.

I had my initial meeting with Blue Haven Pools today. Trent was incredibly thorough in evaluating our requirements and providing detailed explanations about the pool installation process and post-installation maintenance. The interaction was excellent, and it didn't feel hurried or transactional. I am eagerly anticipating the next steps in this process.

Professional consultation by the sales representative Trent, walked me through the third process. No guessing on what you are getting very knowledgeable and would recommend them.

Trent was a pleasure to have come out and discuss our pool plans with us. He had the proffesionalism you would expect, but also made you feel like you are talking to a friend who is looking out for your best interests. We have a budget but also want a tad more luxury in our plan. He was able to help us go about adding features that we are extremely pleased with while keeping it just under our cap price! So far so good and would give 10 stars if I could! We are excited and anxious to move forward!
