I love my Blue Haven pool, great company to work with. Sandy my project manager was great, he was always a phone call away. He was on top of everything. The crews were very great also. Would definitely recommend them. As you can see my dogs loves the pool also.

If you are considering a pool, look no further than Blue Haven. Phil built a pool for me at my previous home so I didn’t even think twice asking him to do his magic in my yard again. He is sincere, friendly, available and will do whatever it takes to make your dream backyard come true. Once construction began, the construction superintendent Travis was always available for questions and made frequent site visits to ensure things were progressing and being done correctly. All along the way, they make sure you are aware of what’s next and they ensure you are satisfied. Thank you, Phil and Travis, for your hard work and dedication. You guys are the best of the best!

We had a great experience with our project manager Brad at Blue Haven. Even after our pool was finished Brad still makes himself available for any questions I have on maintenance and upkeep. The process can be a mess from start to finish and I highly recommend you request Brad to guide you through the project. We really have enjoyed our pool and backyard.

I am excited, my pool is finished and it is Marvelous. Everything went as scheduled and as expected. All the people involved were professional and friendly. Travis, my construction superintendent, kept me informed about every step and completed the project with our satisfaction. Jerry, my pool guy, showed up and prepared my pool pump and pool for turn over. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time showing me all the bells and whistles with my pool. He did not leave until I was comfortable with operating my pool. Thank you for a great job.

Anthony at Blue Heaven Pools & Spas referred to Jerry to come look over my system to my pool. When I say this man is good he is very good. I will only want him to go over all I need for my system. I always heard having a pool put in was a pain in the butt, but that’s not the experience I had. First, let me start with Kelly. The designer very nice explained everything in detail and took care of me until they handed me off to the construction crew. I can’t tell you how great Jimmy the construction manager was it was a very good experience. There is always hiccups with anything but let me tell you Jimmy was on the spot and always had everything taken care of most times that same day never did I go to bed worrying. Very friendly very honest, just can’t say enough what a knowledgeable and caring guy he was. Sandy was another employee that was great as well. When I went into the front office the girls in the office were so very nice. Helped me with my Tile took their time. I just can’t express what a good experience I had. Swimming in my pool now , and I love it.

Pool buying process was very easy with this company. Had no issues with any part of process. Project manager Brad kept me informed every step of the way and was there to answer any questions I had every time I called. Would 100 percent recommend this company for any pool needs!

From the first visit with Bailey Woods to Reyna with choosing colors/texture to Travis general contractor to Jerry for pool school our experience has been wonderful! Considering all the rain, my pool was still completed before projected time of completion. All the workers in between worked delinquently to complete their tasks. It was amazing to watch the whole process! I will be honest, there are a couple of areas that need addressing. (1.) we still need the hand rail, (2.) the tile around the pool table is very rough and plaster underneath is rough and sharp and plaster is speckled on little tiles and in between grout (I tried to remove with my nails and missed up my fingernails)(3) there’s places on 6x6 tile that are very gummy from tape. I hate to point out these concerns after giving a great review over all with the staff. I would recommend Blue Haven for anyone looking to install inground pool. Thank you, Michael and Irma Dowden

There are three stages to this review, the design, the construction, and the final product. Kelly Woods was our salesperson and pool designer, he made several trips to our home making sure we were absolutely in love with our design. We went back and forth exchanging ideas about 10 times, he was extremely patient with us and that was a huge positive. The construction, this is where we were introduced to Jimmy May. Five stars is not enough for this guy. He was there every step of the way, and was able to rectify a few errors that he found along the way. The most important thing with us was communication, and he nailed it. All of our concerns were addressed, most of them without us even knowing. As stressful pool can be, this one was one of the easiest/pain-free experiences. Once completed our pool school contact was Jerry. With what I learned from him, I don't need to pay a company to take care of my pool, I learned a great deal and am super comfortable taking care of all my pool maintenance. Jewel of a person. Just to put things into perspective this is our third pool, first time with Blue Haven, but client for life. BTW the price was extremely competitive as well.

OK the 5 stars are for Jerry. Started having trouble with the filtration system due to power outage on May 2, 2024. After multiple calls, email messages and service calls by other Blue Haven Cypress employees, they were not able to get the system back online and working as it should. Jerry came yesterday May 28th and resolved everything but the problem with the heater on the spa which should be repaired within the next ten days. Thanks very much Jerry. You are awesome!

Brad, our original project manager went out of his way to come by our home and tried to assist me in correcting a problem we were having. We didn't solve the problem, but Brad immediately called the right person to help us. Thanks Brad

Twenty years before I had a Blue Haven pool. It held up so well that I decided to utilize them for my new home. The project management by Travis Gwin could only be described as exceptional. From assisting with the design and tile suggestions to managing his team, I felt valued and heard. Travis paid attention to every detail and went above and beyond, what I’m sure his role description is. The entire Blue Haven team was friendly, professional and eager to do a good job…and it shows in the quality. I’ve already recommended Travis and Blue Haven to three of my friends!

This is my second Blue Haven pool. I loved Matt’s design ideas and I am so happy with the outcome. There were no problems with my build. Signed papers Sept 9th and it took about 5 months. We had lots of rain.. some delays but so worth the wait.
