Communication was prompt up until they came out to give an estimate. Didn't provide any useful info during the visit. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt - but I never got my estimate after that or any communication as to why. It's been over a month. In the meantime, I've gotten a quick and thorough estimate elsewhere.

I would not recommend this local office at all.Service Manager and service, responsiveness is the worst I've ever seen and this morning I received a a call from the General Manager saying that's it's obvious that we can't meet your service expectations and I should find another pool company. I already have.

The driver of their gray truck at 8:15am on 1/30 is a reckless driver. Almost swiped me, driving all over the road, going at least 20 over the speed limit... I can assure that there is no pool or spa "emergency" that is worth risking people's lives. Do better.

Jason Jones has been taking care of our pool maintenance on a weekly basis since Aug and he takes great care of us and our pool. :) Quick to respond, knowledgeable and very professional! We have piece of mind knowing he is doing his “thing”, so we can relax and enjoy our pool! Thank you Jason and Blue Haven!

We just finished a pool with Blue Haven Pools and the process was very smooth. John Delaforce worked through the design and planned a beautiful pool. Joe managed the construction offering some changes at the start we appreciate now that the project is finished. Jay Jones came in for swim school and helped to make sure all of the equipment was up and running correctly and even answered a question at 7pm on a Saturday! We could not be more pleased with Blue Haven!!

Lightning struck my panel and filter and all functions were not working. Curtis responded to my call immediately and Jay came out the following day and quickly diagnosed and then replaced the panel. All working again. Very responsive, timely, and professional.

Just completed a pool and spa build with Blue Haven. Overall very happy with the entire process and quality of our pool and spa. Turned out amazing. John Delaforce was great to work with and very helpful in the design process. As expected there were a few hiccups and things to be fixed during the build process but the entire team BH has been responsive and helpful. So far the start up and maintenance services going well. Jason Jones has been very responsive and especially helpful through the set up process.

Designing a pool with John Delaforce was a great experience. He took our vision and designed a beautiful outdoor space. Curtis and Joe were able to answer all our questions during the building process. They offer a great pool school to help us get started. They also offer several options of maintenance packages. We are really going to love the outdoor space Blue haven created.

Installed a pool heater and filter. The heater broke within a year and they fixed it. It is broken again and they refuse to even come run diagnostics. “We don’t have the manpower, call rising sun.” I would avoid doing any business at all with such a flakey company.

First, the good about John Delaforce and Blue Haven. As I began to look for the right contractor to help my family put in a customized, in-ground pool, John was the first one to respond. He is busy, so I appreciated him accomodating the schedule. John is very knowledgeable and took time to understand what we were looking for. That said, my property has some nuance to it (slope, septic lines), and John refused to go out and actually look at the property until after I signed with him. I let him know when I got the initial quote that I would have to get another quote from a different contractor as well, but since he was going on vacation the following week I didn't view that as an impediment. John offered (though I didn't ask) to check in with me once via email when he was on vacation, which I appreciated. At this point, I would have given him 5 stars as a review. In John's absence, a second contractor went and visited the property and identified a few of the nuances that I had told John might imply some additional work. The other contractor was also very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and then gave me a quote that was $20,000 HIGHER than Blue Haven. So of course I went back to both contractors to try and dive into the details of the quotes, to ensure that I was comparing apples to apples. At that point, John told me that he was not interested in competition, and had invested enough time in me and my project (even though he had not even visited the property!). So I happily chose the more expensive contractor because John D and Blue Haven obviously did not care about MY project and did not prioritize me. Moreover, they fear healthy competition. I have little doubt that BH has done terrific work for some, but if you are looking for a real partner for your project, I would look elsewhere.

Kudos goes to John for his speedy response to a pump issue. He responded immediately and with his persistence, repaired our pump in a day. John has been a welcome asset to making our pool experience the best!!!

They are very busy right now folks. It is taking then a while to return phone calls and they are not going to be able to go more than 20 minutes away from Morrisville at this time, but I got a very nice call explaining it. I understand that they do a very good job. John Dellaforce was very nice on the phone.

Great in ground pool company!

We absolutely love Terry. He is so helpful and always there when we need him. Whenever we have a question or an issue, Terry was there to walk us thru it and help if needed. The pool is the best quality and the focal point of our summers. Would choose Blue Haven every time.

We highly recommend Blue Haven Pools. We bought our home 4 years ago with the plan of building a pool. We contacted BH and John came up with an awesome design and 3D pictures to show us what style of pool we could have in our yard. We ended up getting the spa and fire pit. John’s design really was true to what our yard looks at this time. The pool is beautiful. Curtis and his team were amazing with the installation of the pool . He kept us up to date with any changes in the timeline and any weather delays. He also called back promptly with any issues or concerns we may have had with the process. We use BH weekly maintenance service for the pool and that is working out great. John Lynch does an amazing job with maintaining our pool weekly. He keeps us updated with any changes or issues. Also, Terry has been great helping me with issues that occur with the equipment and software. Great customer service! We are excited for this pool season!!
