Our experience with Blue Haven pools! Our project Manager Tony kept great communication with us! Rather if good or bad news. But even when it was a not so good news (beyond his control) he always found a way and explained our options to get beyond the bad and turned it into good! I absolutely love how even though pool is complete I still text him questions and he answers even on the weekends! I don’t expect answers till after the weekend but not Tony he answers usually with an hour even on weekends! He’s even came out twice when I had a concern I text said he’d be right there and was there within the hour both times! When we wanted additional equipment and want the cost he’s always get us an answer with cost the same day and would say the additional equipment will be added in no more than a couple days! He kept project on schedule. He’s a hands on project manager and checks on all work their contractors do! If something not up to par he has them back usually within a Day but that only happened once but still had it fixed the next day! I will say this Blue Haven pools may not be perfect! But Tony makes sure that everything with in his scope of work will be done one way or another. It’s awesome having that he takes great pride in his work and Blue Haven Pools! Additionally we wanted additional work done like land scalping and artificial turf he recommended other contractor and the ones he recommend did wonderful work! We still have some of the landscaping to be completed They do great work at a reasonable price!!! Thanks Tony !!!

We just finished filling our new pool in Mount Pleasant SC. Our project manager, John, made the process easy. He did an excellent job keeping the project on schedule, in many cases, pulling the plan ahead of schedule. His work managing the subcontractors was amazing, while most subs were great, we did have a few issues and John was there to take care of it all, the issues were almost transparent to us. His attention to detail and pre-planning assured us we were getting exactly what we paid for and he didn't disappoint. He was always there and made sure the communication channels were open and clear, rarely did we encounter any surprises. Over all our experiance was excellent and this can be directly attributed to John's hard work.

We had a great experience putting in our first pool with Blue Haven. From the start of designing the plan with Jeff who is very knowledgeable and helpful, to moving along through the various steps of our project with our project manager and construction manager to the end with Jose getting things started up and looking beautiful. Jose definitely finished things off on a high note!! Our project manager Chris was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions along the way, being sure our project timeline stayed in check, communicating all updates with us as well as updating the Builder Trend app, etc. He was wonderful to work with and I’d highly recommend requesting him as your project manager! Our construction manager Tad knows every detail needed in the construction process and was very helpful in answering all questions that came up. Once the permit was in hand, we met with Tony M our PM and Brad.
