We started off the pool build project wonderfully. Things seemed to be going smoothly, up until we get to the travertine decking portion of the job. We waited a long time for material to come in, and now we have waited an additional month once it was delivered to have it installed. Our decking material has been sitting in our front yard for 4 weeks now.. We were told they would be here one date, then another date, and then another.. for no one to show on any of those dates. We have been patient, but to be told that someone is coming to work on a specific day, and then for no one to show up and no communication about it doesn’t sit well. Our pool is beautiful, but it’s surrounded by dirt and we want to be able to enjoy it with what little summer is left. Hopefully someone shows up soon, and we can have our backyard back.

We had a great experience building a new pool with Blue Haven. Brad and the team were communicative, responsive, and very helpful as we navigated the process. And now we have a beautiful pool. We would highly recommend working with them.

During the building process, our project manager Brad was extremely communicative, thorough in explanations, and prompt in scheduling and had our pool installed 5 weeks sooner than anticipated. I am so glad that I selected Blue Haven as my pool company. There was a clear difference from first contact. I have not second guessed my choice a moment through what could have been a very stressful process. My project manager, Dereck, managed to get the project pulled in almost a full month earlier than original estimate. His communication was always clear and professional. He would return my many inquiries I sent to him quickly. Blue Haven is the only choice if you want a beautiful pool installed by a professional team.

We love our pool! We have had a few things here and there that have had to be tweaked or fixed in the process (which is normal) but Dereck was amazing to work with. I get prompt responses from him and action is always done promptly and communication is GREAT with him. Honestly that is my number one importance with a contractor is prompt and often communication! He was fantastic and is a great asset to Blue Haven!

Blue Haven pool of Charleston has been amazing from start to finish. We started off with Scott who helped us decide where we wanted to go with size and design and options .Scott from the start was on top of our project very knowledgeable ,hands on just a great guy overall no hidden agenda just went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Scott made it happen and kept us within our budget. Once the project broke ground we were handed off to the Dream team Dereck and Zach !!Dereck from the start of project till the end was on top of getting our pool completed, frequently stopping by checking on progress and making sure the site was kept clean . Any time I had questions ( and there was many!) Dereck was always quick to respond back to me and reassure me that everything was going smoothly! The project was finished at the projected time and we have been enjoying it every weekend! I still have many questions and still get quick responses from Dereck . All around great experience! Communication was key and they delivered 100% !!Thank you Blue Haven !
