We were contacted by Chris from Blue Havens. Unfortunately, he did cancel on us the day of our consultation. My husband scheduled time off work to ensure he would be home as well, so it was a bit of an inconvenience to us that it happened. However, we do you understand that emergencies happen. We reached out again to Chris to schedule another day for a consultation. We actually reached out twice after the cancellation and never heard anything back. It’s a shame because we were really looking forward to getting a pool by Blue Haven.

An appointment was set up and they never showed up… don’t waste your time with them…

Blue Haven is a top notch pool builder. I did not select them to build my pool, but they were in the top 2.

Matthew Keck, construction manager of our Blue Haven Pool, was always quick to respond to many question during the process and very professional. He clearly was on top of the process and made sure all went well. If something needed attention, he made sure the contractor for that part of the construction was notified and stayed with them to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We are very happy that Matt was our "go to person" and would recommend him highly!

We are very proud of the pool and spa that Blue Haven of Austin have built for us. It was a pleasure working with Bobby to design the perfect waterfall and other features. Our construction manager Matt was wonderful in making sure everything was correct and working properly. Everyone was great in their communications, so we never felt left in the dark about progress. It was also not an issue that we live about an hour from their office. We would happily recommend them to anyone interested in having a pool or spa.

We have had a wonderful experience working with Bobby and Matthew on our new pool. We had very specific thoughts on what we were looking for and Bobby's design brought them to life. Once construction was turned over to Matthew, he has handled everything professionally and personally. He listens to our questions and thoughts, is readily available to communicate with us, and kept us informed about all aspects of the build during the entire process. I conducted a lot of research when looking at pool companies in Austin and landed on Blue Haven for a variety of reasons, of which cost and quality were top. We engaged with Blue Haven during the middle of the pandemic and so had some issues early on due to the nature of economics, inflation, labor, city permitting and such. Ray was very helpful modeling and pricing early on but all of our issues started to go away the moment I met Matt K! Thankfully, Matt started working with Blue Haven as our pool was about to be built. Matt was not only the project manager overseeing the build, but the quality assurance champion and also a business process reengineering consultant who worked on improving processes on a systematic basis, as I learned along the way. Matt helped answer all of my questions along the way! He was responsive and always assured a high quality outcome. This included my questions on excavation, construction, permitting, plumbing, pumps, how to's, etc etc. And given the nature of the build and various stages, sometimes things don't move as fast as one would want, however Matt always found a way to FastTrack parts of the project when it was possible. Matt is a highly competent project manager and subject matter expert who possesses a rare blend of humility and skill. Blue Haven is fortunate to have someone as experienced and skilled as Matt working in the field. I can only imagine the intense level of expectations customers have as did I and Matt was the consummate professional always helping to guide the project to success along with customer happiness. Blue Haven gets a 5 star from me mostly due to Matt's maniacal focus on customer experience and outcomes. Were quite satisfied with Blue Haven!

Matt is an outstanding pool building expert! He always made himself accessible, calm, attentive and ready to problem solve. His demeanor made this stressful process more enjoyable for us. His vast knowledge of pools, from the science of concrete to pool chemistry gave us a lot of confidence in Blue Haven and the industry they represent!
