Took Blue Haven eighteen months (12.2020) from the time we signed the contract before we could finally fill the pool with water and it still isn't finished. The absolute worst part, they habitually lie to you about when they are going to show up to complete work. No exaggeration here, they missed over thirty appointments and didn't apologize one single time. The last rep that showed up who was a former police officer said the way Blue Haven hooked up my water autofill, was illegal. I paid a plumber to install a dedicated water line to the pool and they simply threw dirt over it. I eventually found out they decided to tap into my sprinkler system instead. I called Ben to ask why my autofill didn't work. His reply, try turning the sprinkler system on. really? The pad for equipment is extremely unlevel causing trapped water resulting in expensive components such as, sanitizer, pumps and heater are submerged in water during heavy rain. They never caulked the spa so mud jets out when I spray the deck. Our pool is also still missing pieces that are laying in boxes. Eyeballs, light frames covers, etc. $100K + resentment. You have been warned.
Update: Three years later, the coping has several areas where the grout is crumbling. Seven hair line cracks which span from the pool/spa edge 2-4ft. in length.
Blue Haven built us a beautiful pool and outdoor area. We had minor equipment issues that Blue Haven was good about fixing under the warranty.
However, I was told that there have been some personnel changes since then. We have had an issue with the waterfall/grotto that has needed repair under the warranty for about four months now. Blue Haven has yet to repair it.
