J’ai réservé 2 tour deux jours différents je me rend à l’adresse je voie que tout et fermer la société à fermer ces porte le lendemain je reçois un mail pour me dire que mai réservation son annulé que j’allais etres rembourser mai 700$ j’ai envoyer un mail avec mai réservation et une demande de remboursement pas de réponse numéro de téléphone ne marche plus a voire les autre commentaire je voie que ces pas une société très sérieuse je ne laisserais pas les chose comme sa je vais envoyer des mail a toute les état unis si il le faut pour récupérer mon argent !!!!!

I was mistakenly charged an additional $100 before taking the ride, with the argument that a second insurance payment was required, however, at home reviewing the publication and what I had paid, I remember that I selected the two drivers option and paid an additional fee accordingly, along with the appropriate insurance.
Moreover, regarding the driving experience, while the full hour was technically completed, there were many delays along the way, causing us to be stopped for a significant amount of time that was not compensated. For example, we had to wait for a bridge to lift and lower, at another point the route was blocked by the police, requiring us to wait while they determined an alternate path, and finally, during the photo stop, we were parked on an avenue with very little time since no parking should be done there.
Lastly, the car's interior was very dirty.
Still waiting for my deposit of 500$. Getyourguide and Blast is telling me the refund is already in process. 2 weeks and I still have not my money back. Don‘t go there if you don‘t want to get scamed. Not answering my calls either.
UPDATE: Got my money back, a litte later but its back.
Only giving one start because it won’t let me give a zero. I booked the two car package, drove 3 1/2 hours to be stood up. The building was empty and the lot roped off and the phone number was disconnected. They waited to tell me that my reservation was cancelled until noon, when my appointment was for. In the cancellation email, they stated that they refunded my money 3 hours prior to the cancellation email and then explained that it will take up to 30 days to refund my money. Stay clear of this poorly ran business.

Great experience driving the car but unethical owner. The $500 deposit isn’t a hold like they say, it’s a charge. And you will need to dispute it with the credit card in order to get it back, they are scammers. Don’t trust about emailing them like the owner says, they will tell you that you will get an email with the refund, this and that, but never happens.

Don't go!! Liars and keeps your damage deposit even if nothing happens, said they would return it but they don't and they just go completely silent and ignore you when you start requesting it

Businesses like this are why you always pay with a credit card. The reviews online did not deter me about the $500 deposit not being returned, because I knew it would be an easy win with my credit card company and wanted to experience the driving session. The drive was fun and I would do it again, but not with this company.

Do not recommend!!
I would not recommend going here. I took my son so he could drive. Was told I would get my $500 deposit back. 3 weeks later still haven’t gotten it. Have sent multiple emails. Unable to contact them by phone was saying mailbox not set up. Now it’s saying call can’t be completed as dialed. If I receive my money back I will remove this review.
Never got my deposit back either. So many people claiming the same thing. I should have read this before booking. Horrible communication.
