Took 1hr 20mins and we had to just pay without check. Told manager “just left money on table” as walking out. Did not apologize just said ok. Group of 40 there and they let them do individual checks even though it clearly says they would not do that for large parties. 2 waitresses and one was ours stills processing payments after 20 minutes.

Recently they have been struggling with order accuracy on online orders! I’m either missing sauces or a full side item. Every time I’ve went in recently to pick up an order the dining room has been practically empty. Inaccurate orders with an empty dining room just shows lack of care! Used to be a 5 star rating but recently my experience has been sub par!

Friend and I have seen Big Kahuna as driving by but never stopped. Finally did! So glad we did! Very good food! Chicken tenders and chicken sandwich were both very good and tender. Fries were crispy on the ouster and soft on the inside. Mac and cheese was good. Had better, had worse. Drinks were good as well. Will be back!

Everything was on the spicy side. I ordered a slider and even that came with spicy ranch. The menu just said, ranch it didn't specify spicy and I can't eat spicy foods It's on the expensive side. Fries (or any sides) aren't included with the sliders. The sliders, fries, and drink were around $25.
