I am the CFO for Adjoin, a nonprofit organization in California that provides services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) and veterans experiencing homelessness.
Billing for our IDD services is very labor intensive with strict submission deadlines. We engaged BitCot to help us automate submission of our billing data to the various regional centers (our funders) we serve. BitCot developed an RPA (robotic process automation) for our Billing process that greatly helped us by reducing the time we spend in manual data entry.

We recently contracted with BitCot for a complete new site design and development and it was the best decision we ever made. I am a transplant surgeon and I know how important is to improve the liver organ utilization to save lives.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including Machine Learning (ML) and Computer Vision (CV) are revolutionizing medicine in the last decade. The ability of AI to perceive, evaluate, and act more quickly and accurately than a human represents a competitive advantage in any field.
I am developing a research project to Investigate the potential of AI/ML/CV techniques based on deep neural networks to assess the quality of donor livers during the organ procurement, and to generate a standard liver donor quality criterion that will provide decision support to the transplant recovery team.
I needed to develop an App to be used by the transplant surgeons during the liver organ procurement. I approach Raj Sanghvi (CEO BitCot) with the task. He told me "I want to help if I could save at least 1 life”.
His team at BitCot, has been extremely helpful, they have developed the Liver+AI App that will be used to gather the information during the liver procurement.

My business is a startup with an entirely subscription-based business model via mobile app. I was initially searching for web and software companies in San Diego but I was referred to BitCot through word of mouth and from the very first conversation with Raj (the CEO), through the discovery phase, building, and testing of the app, the entire process has been nothing but professional, courteous, and high-quality.
His team is wonderful to work with, extremely communicative, and experienced professionals. My app required a combination of multiple technologies/functions to integrate seamlessly (including social interaction, user content generation and posting, photo/video upload, e-commerce purchasing, subscriptions, search functionality, relational databasing, friend requests, privacy settings, and more) and they made it happen ahead of schedule. BitCot has been a miracle find for our company.
We had previously been using contracted designers from Upwork with very little success.
The constant back and forth was wasting precious time, and more often than not the image designs that we signed off on were not adequately transferred to WordPress.
We needed a revamp of our WordPress site extremely urgently and BitCot was the right company for the job.
I reached out to the company at midday on Thursday and asked if they could have changes implemented by Monday.
On Friday morning there were three separate links with various implementations to choose from (None of the back and forth with images).By the following Monday we had exactly what we needed and have continued to use BitCot services since.
They have been able to implement exactly what is required in record-breaking time with fairly low input, all for an extremely reasonable price.
WordPress is a starting point for CMS-based websites, so I can only imagine that their core services are even better.
I would highly recommend them to any businesses (small, medium or large) for WordPress website development.
