I recently had my first Vivace with Sammi, who is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel comfortable straight away. Amazing service and products here. Dr. Chan’s thorough examination and recommendations made me feel confident in choosing a treatment plan for my hair loss. The dermal clinician, Sam was incredibly helpful. As well as providing me clear instructions on the treatment plan, she provided extra information on hair care and hair health. The explanation of the application for the topical treatment was extremely thorough, even recommending an applicator which has yielded amazing results. I would recommend this clinic to anyone, who is interested in their services. I am already experiencing great results less than 6 months in.
