Very professional staff. Went for my car's auxiliary battery replacement as it was showing on dashboard that auto start/stop battery service required. They dealt it with perfection. After fitting the auxiliary battery they did a test drive to make sure all is good. Reception to service all is perfect. I paid £72 for initial diagnosis which is very reasonable. And I was charged £198 for the start/stop battery which I felt that I was a bit over charged, considering some time ago I changed my main battery and paid just over £200 and this was a 6 volt support battery and should be cheaper than what I paid. For this reason I am giving one star less.

Under my RAC warranty, I went to this garage to fix a low turbo boost issue on my Hyundai i30, but it led to extra critical electrical faults, leaving my car undrivable. Then went to dealer and dealer traced the problem back to the replaced turbo, quoting £2700 for a genuine replacement. Despite this issue originating from the RAC warranty process, both RAC and Binleywood garage refused to cover the cost. I've already spent £3500 and six months on this issue. Please give me the compensation otherwise i have to escalate this to higher authorities.
Update:
Hyundai traced the issue to ECU wiring connector damage and I had to replace the entire wiring to fix it.
Wiring fix: 2269GBP
Turbo charger replacement: 2700
I had to spend a Total : 4969GBP just becuase of the wiring damage caused by this garage. When contacted the owner, no satisfactory response received.

Have used Binley Woods Service Centre in Rugby before with no issues. So I initially booked with Rugby. After being told that they didn’t have the new air con gas at the Rugby centre and that they can assure me they had it in Coventry, I booked with Coventry. I was annoyed that I could not get the original date I had booked in Rugby and was moved to a week later. This made me nervous as I had an appointment at 11am and I had asked for assurance if the work will be completed by then, which they said it would. Luckily, I had gotten my husband to take my car in for me - which if I hadn’t I would have missed my 11am appointment. Upon dropping off the car, my husband was told they didn’t have the new air con gas and he had to wait an additional 45 mins for them to order it. I had also booked a health check and I’m not sure what the outcome of this was as my husband
was not told. The car was dropped off just after 9 as requested and work completed at 11:45, so not very happy with this service.
