Twice I wasn’t able to withdraw my winnings—though they weren’t really winnings yet because they were still less than what I had deposited in the game. When I opened the app again to check my balance, I was shocked because only half of it was left. Customer service kept saying that I had played, but I didn’t play anything, and I clearly remember how much balance I had left—it went from 8k down to 4k. Then in another instance, when I couldn’t withdraw again, within just a few hours almost 2k was taken from my account again.
