This company is a fraud. They stole R4250 from me after I reviewed them as Copi Luak, as seen below, for falsely advertising services and asking for payment, after I mentioned to the owner Peter Baker, that the collection of the KTM had to be within FNB hours so I could do an instant payment to the seller. He told me not to worry, that he will find a courier that can fit me in. He did exactly the opposite and then told me he’d only refund me in 14 days minus R500. He proceeded to try turn it on me and then told me he will now not be refunding me. Do not use this fraudulent company. You will lose your money

And here we have the number one social media clown. Thinks he can extort from me by posting negative remarks on social media using a synonym. As clearly stated in our terms and conditions that the client has read and understood clearly states that somebody who vents on social media forfeits any refunds due in lieu of the right to free speech. This client was incapable of understanding our timings and did not get the message that we could not collect his bike on his terms due to commitments to other clients in the consignment. As he was unable to control his frustration he resorted to negative remarks about bike Freight transport on social media. Very bad form! in so doing he forfeited any moneys due to him as refunds. First prize social media troll.

Bike Freight - Worst company I’ve dealt with This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with outside of protected legal persons in forensics which are unethical to say the least. I spoke to the owner of Bike Freight and told him my requirements and msg'd him that I'd need to do an instant payment to the bike seller during FNB hours. He told me to book and pay and he would use one of his many couriers and they'd fit me in. This was nothing further from the truth. I was told by one of his drivers Cherie at Moto Movers that she would collect the bike in Harrismith at 05:00-06:00. I told her this wasn't possible due to my stipulations and impossibility to get funds to clear. They then offered 1 other time slot at 4pm that day but this would delay my delivery, which was paid for as priority ( R4250 ) as in 1 week delivery, to around 3 week delay. I asked if they could try make a plan and they refused to budge. Peter told me there is a 14 day refund policy plus R500 cancellation fee. I now cannot pay for another courier to collect this bike which means I lose out on the KTM 300. See his absolute cheek and disregard for customers below in my communications as well as his childish idiotic attacks at his previous customers below in my screenshots I highly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. Again, another client who thinks they are more important than other clients in a consignment. We bent over backwards to try and accommodate this client, but his timings could not be met due to booking schedules. He was inflexible and adamant to his timings and so the deal could not be done. If he had been more co-operative, we could have made an alternate plan, but he chose to become confrontational and not accept our timing limitations. Very bad form and not the sort of client I would want to do business with anyway.

Unreliable Service and Concerning Practices – Caution for Bikers I recently used Bike Freight Transport to move my KTM 1290cc motorcycle from Cape Town to Nelspruit, paying R6837.50 for what was meant to be a straightforward, door-to-door delivery. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating, costly, and has left me with serious concerns, which I want to share as a caution to other bikers. Here’s what happened: 1. Failure to Complete Delivery Bike Freight Transport had confirmed in writing that they would deliver my motorcycle to my address in Nelspruit within a day or two after it reached Johannesburg. But instead of fulfilling this commitment, they handed over my motorcycle to a subcontractor who then refused to release it, explaining that Bike Freight Transport hadn’t paid them for the previous leg of the journey. This left me in a position where my bike was effectively being withheld over an internal payment dispute. 2. Unexpected Extra Costs and Major Inconvenience With no support from Bike Freight Transport, I had no option but to pay additional money directly to the subcontractor just to secure the release of my motorcycle. To make matters worse, the bike was still in Johannesburg, a four-hour drive from my home in Nelspruit, forcing me to make the eight-hour round trip to retrieve it myself. This unexpected cost and inconvenience completely disrupted my and my wife’s day and added significant expense to what was already a costly service. 3. Pattern of Concern The subcontractor mentioned that he was holding two other motorcycles due to similar payment issues with Bike Freight Transport. This made me wonder if such situations are a regular occurrence, and it left me feeling uneasy about the company’s business practices. I’ve attached a photo of one of the other bikes being withheld, which I took discreetly, to illustrate the situation as I encountered it. 4. Broken Promises on Refunds After discussing these issues with Bike Freight Transport, they promised to reimburse me for the additional costs I incurred. However, as of now, I have not received any refund. I will update this review if that changes, but anyone reading this should assume the refund has not yet been made. Bottom Line: If reliability, transparency, and peace of mind are important to you, I’d strongly advise against using Bike Freight Transport. This experience left me out of pocket, seriously inconvenienced, and concerned about the company’s ability to meet its commitments. Bikers, consider other options before trusting this service with your valuable motorcycle.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Doesn't provide closed transport, as paid for. Doesn't provide secure storage. (Bike gets left at a bike shop, outside during the day) No feedback and no service. Don't expect a refund for their failure to provide services.

And we have another idiot who thinks he can use social media to get a result. We do offer enclosed transport, his bike was in secure storage and we do offer refunds to those clients who do not try to bully and bull hit on social media to try and get what they want.

Avoid at all costs! Dishonest – Cannot trust what they say, for instance, the “Need it Yesterday" i.e. most urgent transport option has a 5-to-10-day lead time. Unethical – kept 100% of fee paid upfront in good faith, even after fair cancellation notice. Do not follow their own terms and conditions. Disorganised – could not provide a date for collection or delivery of the motorcycle, even after almost a week. Unreliable – tried to sub-contract the collection, storage and delivery of my motorcycle to others. Unreasonable – I have given the owner reasonable and ample opportunity to rectify the matter without further response. Considering taking the matter to law enforcement. All correspondence with owner in writing.

Another bullshit client who thinks they can bully a service provider to provide a service they don't want to pay for. We offer discounts but this client still wanted the discount but also the faster service. Not going to happen.

I would highly recommend to NOT even contact this company. The communication is almost zero and the service is sho king they very quick to take your money. They forgot my collection completely and now are making excuses and even lied to me regarding our collection .

We were in communication with this client throughout the process. the client decided to cancel the booking on the Friday prior to the collection on the Monday. This gave us no time to secure another client to fill the slot. The truck had already arrived in bloemfontien for the collection and had to leave empty handed. unfortunately, the costs incurred had to be recouped and so no refund was due.
