There is no zero that's the reason I just gave them one star , the reason behind this is i got my CB350RS( Yellow ) repaired from them where they didn't accept cashless and till date I did not receive my full claim. There is no proper response from the insurance team and from the management too.

Even this one star is not worthy. I bought CB350rs few months back. 3 months back I met with an accident and I climbed Insurance, even though I paid full amount that I didn’t get full amount from the insurance. Even some amount I got too late and remaining amount till date I didn’t get it . There is no proper response from Insurance and their behaviour and response towards customer is worst. Even Showroom doesn’t take care of these things. Even they don’t follow up on these cases. I tried and tried so many times I called them visited Showroom, but I couldn’t get the whole amount . This was my worst experience and worst Showroom worst management towards customers Kindly don’t purchase any bike from the showroom if you want to be peace.

Worst Customer Service! Visited Honda Bigwing Kurnool West today, to enquire about Honda CB300F motorcycle. There was only one person available at the reception of the respective showr6and he interacted with me. His response was cold and never sounded enthusiastic and energetic! He just told me that the product would be available in the next month as it was out of stock. Though he he reminded me the availability of CB 350 Hiness and CB 350 RS, he never looked like he was trying to sell any of the available bikes in lie of the enquired product. Also, the person at the showroom didn't even bother to to collect my contact number and address...! The showroom didn't seem to have any test rides on offer either...! It seems that the Bigwing people belong to the era of Hero-Honda where there used to be no test rides and similar sort of response...!

Non locals must think twice before buying as servicing and maintenance is a big issue as you can't travel to showroom all the time. I must travel 120 kms for servicing and recently I got my bike serviced 10 days ago and I told the technician that there is a little issue with the acceleration upto certain speed which he didn't notice at that time and now the issue is become more and you cannot depend on local mechanics and also Cannot travel to showroom everytime for every issue.
