Such an awesome gelato place with a really great feel. The gelato is some of the best in Melbourne, and you can really tell that each flavour is made with the highest quality ingredients and that theyâre really passionate about it. Keep making delicious gelato guys đ

I thoroughly enjoyed my gelato from this gelateria and I found it to be cheap compared to other outlets, as I paid $6.50 for 2 scoops with a cone! I tried passionfruit and dark chocolate, which are both vegan and was glad to find flavours I admire. The service was good from my perspective and one can either pay with cash or card. Iâm sure I will be back at some point when Iâm in Elwood again!

We had Bianco Latte serve the most amazing icecream at our wedding over the weekend. The cart was gorgeous and the icecream was to die for. It was a massive crowd favourite with everyone still talking about it. Couldnât recommend these guys more. Great service and communication!!

We got a gelato cart for our wedding, even though it was a cold and dark evening Bianco Latte was a smashing success! From our first email they were so incredibly helpful, offering multiple tastings to make sure we were happy with our flavour choices. Even if you're not getting married, I 100% recommend heading down to their store to get a scoop (or multiple) and also their hot chocolate powder - very authentic!

An absolutely beautiful experience having a Bianco Latte Gelato Cart at our sons 1st birthday. From the communication and organisation to the actual event I was beyond helped and looked after. They were extremely professional, friendly, on-time, polite and accommodating to my guests and myself. The ice-cream was delicious, fresh and sooo much of it. Thank you Bianco Latte for being a special part of my sons 1st birthday.

Fiona and the staff were lovely to interact with in the lead up and the service on the day was super lovely, friendly and professional. We hired the cart for our kids birthday and it was a hit for the kids and the parents! We were able to get dairy free options so no one missed out and the flavours were incredible.

The BEST icecream I have ever tasted. I have never been to Italy but I can imagine that this is what it is like over there. The mint choc, bounty, and ferraro are our faves!

When Bianco Latte came to town locals were delighted. It was a stunning addition to the neighbourhood. Over the past year the ice cream has been less cold/frozen than it used to be. It has persisted this way despite mentioning it a few times to the lovely staff. It literally slides off the cone as you walk out the door and just doesnât have that same delight. Iâm sure itâs easier for them to scoop but itâs been a disappointment.

Hi Susan, thanks for your feedback. I have checked all of our freezers and everything is set at the same temperature (same as per the last 4 years in Elwood). Our recipes haven't changed either. On a 35+ degree day (when you visited us the other day) some flavors might melt a bit faster than others. We definitely DO NOT try to keep our gelato soft to make it easier to scoop. What flavors did you order? Look forward to hearing from you soon.
