Mrs Hodges you phoned the showroom yesterday to state after last weeks visit to the showroom you were unable to purchase via the website the 49£ 2cm porcelain tile for 29£. This was explained very calmly to you that the 29£ price applied to the 1 cm internal tile - 49£ applied to the 2 cm external version. You told me personally that you had been ”deliberately mislead“ by a member of staff the week before, you repeatedly made this distasteful allegation which obviously I rejected - you also stated that the Beswick website was deliberately misleading - obviously I rejected this allegation - I stated we had been in business for 17 years and that if we were in the business of deliberately misleading we would have been found out by now. I am surprised in your sanitised review recollection of our conversation that you fail to to mention once your repeated allegations that both our staff and website deliberately mislead ????? It’s my firm view that I most certainly did not scream “absolutely disgusting tirade of insults and abuse“ - Really ?? do you honestly recall that I screamed a disgusting tirade of abuse? This review is grossly inaccurate and really not a true reflection of the telephone call.

Client had been happy with all previous orders, deliveries, customer service until client's wife drove into delivered pallet on drive. this is now in the hands of our insurance company - really unfortunate and distressing for client which we very much regret.

Emma firstly you are pleased with your tiles which is the good news . Delivery was always going to be difficult and this was discussed in detail prior, the delivery that you have paid for is a kerbside delivery so they will deliver the goods to your closest flat hardstanding surface, with a pump up pallet truck. We simply can’t guarantee the delivery driver will be able to drag your pallet over the gravel surface and into your garage . Sorry it didn’t work out - we really did our best .

HJ, I’m sorry we disappointed. You took the time and effort to visit us and didn’t even get a hello, that’s poor. I’m really sorry - maybe just a frantic few minutes trying to sort driver shortage or containers delays or taking orders - but this doesn’t excuse us. I had a lengthy conversation with this client yesterday morning. And explained the following repeatedly. This board has over 2000 Sq metres fitted in 27 properties, none with a problem as experienced by the client. This problem is unique to this client's individual floor. The wood floor delivered to the client is an oiled board, we have tested numerous boards from exactly the same delivery and all perform as we would expect from an oiled board rather than a lacquered board - client has a had a leak from the sink which it would be instinctive to use a potentially unsuitable product to clean the floor, thus removing the oiled finish. Client will need to apply a light maintenance oil to reinvigorate this floors protection. I’m happy to send out free of charge to any client interested in our wood floors a sample for them to test water staining etc before purchasing. You can make your own mind up !

Daisy, we here in the showroom are really disappointed and confused as to why you left this morning with this impression. We work incredibly hard to give all our visitors from all over the UK the very best experience. Occasionally our best selling porcelain tiles may well have sold out, but we have a huge range to choose from. Delivery into London for a small quantity of tiles is very expensive with the high probability of breakages which is why we suggested collection once any order has been processed usually within 7days. Both my colleagues checked in with you to see if you wanted any more help. You have heard great things about us because we have a great team with a really positive vibe.
