DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY We originally purchased 3 pieces of equipment the tricep, bicep, and chest press. The first shipment showed up and the bicep was great. When we unpacked the tricep the arm literally fell off. Upon inspection by a welder I was informed that the machines arm was only tac welded and never finished with the proper welding. After sending photos to the sales rep I was told that it was pretty obvious that we broke the machine. After showing the report and weeks of being ignored they finally agreed that it was a manufacturer defect they tell me that If I want I can hire a welder and have it fixed at their cost. We of course deny this moronic suggestion and ask that they take it back. They try and get us to pay for shipping. We finally get them to come and get the machine. Weeks pass. I finally get tired of being ignored by their sales rep and ask to talk with the owner. The owner calls me and apologizes promising he will make everything right and get me my machine. Weeks pass again with no contact. I contact the owner and just ask for a refund for the tricep and chest machine. He promises he will issue a refund. More weeks pass with no contact. I call back and he is now ignoring me with no return calls or messages. They are trying to just keep our money for a chest machine, tricep, and the shipping costs we pre-paid for a total of over 5k. I have contacted Gym Leco, that is the manufacturer of the equipment we purchased through Best Used Gym Equipment, and they are also ignoring us. I guess apples don't fall to far from trees. It takes a lot for me to attack another persons business but this company has been one of the worst gym equipment purchase process I have done in the 9 years and buying over 100+ machines I have ever been through. They have earned my efforts in making sure that anyone in the gym business knows about them and how they treat people. Gabriele and Gabriel... you still have the opportunity to make this right and refund my money. When that happens I will stop promoting my message about you and your company. Until that happens I will not stop. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Good people to do business with! I recommend these folks. The selection of machines is unbelievable. The folks are nice and pleasant to work with. Only negative was that there was a problem with my machine and getting someone to react and follow through on the service guarantee I bought was very difficult and took a long time. But when they finally did, the response was super. They replaced my machine with one that was just as good or better. I'm very pleased and would do business again with them without a doubt.

I bought a used Precor Elliptical during the 2020 lockdown and I think it saved my sanity. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, selection was great, and the machine was delivered just as arranged. Recently it needed servicing which was quickly arranged by Gabriel Fernandez and done well by the service person. If you need cardio or weight equipment go check out Best Used Gym Equipment.

Over the pandemic we decided to turn our garage into a home gym. We were so happy to find Best Used Gym Equipment. They have a HUGE warehouse full of used and new equipment. Eric was AWESOME, he was professional and patient bc of course I had a million and one questions… We ordered the 4 x 6 horse mats with the diamond design. They have their own brand name called B.U.G.E. That is new equipment. So we ordered the Smith machine and leg press. The delivery guys were also great and punctual. I will continue to buy the rest of our equipment from them!!!

Great place to buy gym equipment! We were helped by Eric and he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. I bought an Elliptical and it works perfectly. They delivered it on the day that was scheduled without any issue. They also give you a one year warranty and gave me peace of mind knowing the product is backed up by that.
